The dentist was really rude and downgraded me for being a little neglectful of my teeth. I have a hole or crack in the back top of my teeth and I told him about it and without even looking he said there was nothing there. He was really rough. I also found out that my insurance covered the whole thing but he still charged me out of pocket expenses. read more

My husband went in to have a cavity filled and left getting a root canal. He was in excruciating pain. The dentist had him come back to fix the dry Socket he made. He left thinking he will be ok then then he went home and another dry socket happened. We had to call in for a prescription and we haf to ask for antibiotics. The only pain medication he prescribed was 800mg ibuprofen which did nothing. He exhausted his dental insurance. Now my husband will have to pay cash,we are not rich. I think the dentist does unnecessary work to get money to pay the rent on his huge office building. He has no other dentist there. read more

My son waited for three weeks with sever mouth pain. He's not eating or sleeping well and we were happy to be coming to at least get the painful teeth taken care of. So I'll start w the good and say that the place was clean and the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. I have no issues with those things. However after getting to the back they gave him an x-ray w no vest or protection, the doctor poked at painful teeth and while causing this pain he insinuated that my son has a drinking problem and they sent him out w a referral. When I confronted the doctor about this all he could say was that my son would wait longer and no one would take our insurance ( state) and that I "knew why" he had messed up teeth. He seemed to resent that I asked to speak with him and in general seems like a hateful man who does not care about his job or the patients. We will not be returning and if you want quality care this is not the place for that. read more

Keep in mind I am on ssi so i dont have a lot of money and i am on a state issued insurance. I went in as i had a broken filling he did xray without a vest first of all, then i told them please dont poke the damaged tooth as there was no pain yet. The dentist comes in looks at my teeth and proceeds to tell the assistant whatever they do while he is looking. he tells me I need a crown on the tooth and my insurance wont cover it so it is 1200 dollars. he proceeded to clean my teeth which i was fine with until i realized how rough he was and the pain i was in minutes after the cleaning. On the way home i got to feeling with my tongue and he had chipped a tooth on the other side and now another filling is falling out on top of the tooth that was damaged now really sensitive. Thanks for nothing but more pain. I would not recommend this dentist he is a joke read more

I went here for the first time a year ago. I had one tooth the was really starting to bother me. They told me I have a cavity but not on that tooth. They fixed the one cavity but never addressed the one problem tooth. I'm having even worse pain now with the same tooth. Im going to a new dentist now so I tried to get my X-rays. I walked into the office all the lights were off and there was no one in sight. However there was 2 employees outside smoking in there cars. Neither seemed to care to help. read more

Absolutely do not go here. No surgery for 7 weeks and no pain medication for horrible dental pain. He couldn't care less. Terrible.

The Dr. is not a nice man. Payment plans are not honored as they should be and will change based on the Doctors desire to make more if he feels he is not. The hours change based on what they want to work and not what is standard for dental practices. It is like they started with more open times and then changed then slowly changed to whatever they see around them. I do not recommend this office, no consistency. I am currently with West Chester Family Dental and when I make an appointment they keep the commitment and my payment have NEVER changed. read more
