When we asked what our other options are she said they're really busy and her drivers are going on vacation soon (this was in December). She continues to say that's why appointments are booked a week in advance (I'm not sure why we were only given a days notice). We find a new day to book and the two hour window she gave us for next day delivery became an eight hour window. In the end she called the day before our delivery and gave us a two hour window. Overall we are happy with our purchase but not thrilled with the customer service from the woman who scheduled the delivery.

I then went to the Office Depot in Montebello, where the staff reviewed the same design and completed the order without hesitation or any issues. The difference in customer service and knowledge between the two locations was noticeable. I left the Montebello location satisfied, but my experience at the Temple City store was disappointing and frustrating.

Very Disappointing Experience at the Print Section…read more Horrible experience today, August 26, at around 1:40 PM. I usually go to the Downey location for my printing, but unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. The lady with glasses working in the print section was not helpful at all. We asked her what different sizes were available, and instead of explaining them, she threw a paper at us to fill out and walked away. We filled it out and gave it back to her. She then asked what we wanted to print. We explained that we simply needed two small 4x6 prints on the same page, nothing fancy. She immediately interrupted us and said they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow because she had about 30 orders ahead of us. There was hardly anyone in the store, so I found this extremely frustrating. She then told us that we could print it ourselves. When I asked if I could select the 4x6 size when printing it myself, she said no. I have printed many things at Staples before and have never had an experience this frustrating. I understand that there may be orders ahead of us, but the way we were treated and the lack of assistance were unacceptable. At this point, I would rather drive 20 minutes to another location than spend 5 minutes dealing with this kind of customer service again.

They rolling chairs like Aerons, they have non rolling chairs, office metal file cabinets, fire proof cabinets, office tables, standing desks. Nice rolling chairs might range from $120-300. Older or lesser quality computer desk chairs might be only $40, etc. Prices are reasonable and you can check out the condition of your items and make an offer if you think the price should be a little better. The owner, Frank, is easy to talk to and comes into all kind of office furniture all the time and he also runs a moving and liquidation company that assists the county with clear outs too. Prices are reasonable and there quite a few items in the warehouse that are nearly new or new.
