Had to update my review as I left it right after he left my house and my phone worked great..after a few days I started to notice that letters weren't going through in texts, the phone just froze on a screen and I couldn't touch anything, I'd have to lock it and unlock it to get it to work again, which wasn't a big deal. The little black discoloration ...small smudge he said he could fix with an extra charge wasn't fixed and I was still charged and after time it started getting larger. My phone then started coming off on one corner and now the screen is completely blank. I tried giving him the benefit to fix the problems he created trying to "fix" my phone so I texted and called him, but he never replied to my text or responded in any way. I only had a cracked screen when I requested this service and honestly I'd rather cut my fingers on the locked screen then go through this guy again. If you guys really need your phone fixed and are looking for a cheap price...not a cheap job...go to cellsavers.com they can be out within the hour you request the service and only charge a flat $79.99 fee. I'm getting this done today (thanksgiving) it's usually $99. The guy just got done fixing and said there were 4 screws missing and he used a cheap screen ..that's why all of that happened. read more

When I broke my glass and my LCD screen of my iPhone 6, my phone was completely unusable and it would just flicker. I couldn't unlock it at all. I resorted to going into the Apple Store but they made things super complicated by saying how I might have to pay either $109 plus tax or $375+ (complete unit replacement) depending on the internal damage. And if I were to resale my phone, it would only be worth $250 max. The tricky part is that they won't tell me how much they're charging me until I go pick it up...which means I'm putting my phone on a gamble here.
