Went in to get my iPhone 5S battery replaced and the guy behind the counter asked me to download a battery app to check my battery before replacing it. The battery app showed my battery was fine and he said I didn't need to replace it. He than went on to clean out my charger port since I've had issues charging my phone and than said the was a free service. I've had work done here before on my phone and these guys were great than. My daughter's iPhone 5C screen was badly cracked due to a "backpack incident" and we were in dire need of emergency repair. I brought my MacBook pro in around 1PM yesterday because it wouldn't start up out of nowhere and despite my researching and nitpicking I couldn't fix it myself. I also had a really obnoxious keyboard problem where a couple keys were no longer working due to some type of moisture damage (I never did spill anything, but I am guilty of putting a TV tray next to the bathtub so I can watch movies while I take a bath) and keys would also randomly get typed. I called beforehand and Jerry answered and told me to bring it in any time and they'd do free trouble shooting and would provide me with a price quote for the repairs. Within 2 hours of dropping it off I got a callback from Jerry and found out there was some corrosion due to liquid that had gone bad inside the laptop and that the keyboard might need to be replaced, but they would try to salvage it with a special procedure they do. He quoted me two reasonable prices and I gave him permission to go ahead and begin the repairs. I was expecting to wait a 4 to 6 weeks to get my baby back, and I would have patiently waited, but imagine my surprise when in less than a week Jerry called me back and my little engine that could was back up and running and ready for pickup? Talk about a turn-around time dude! The customer service here, the prices, the turnaround time, the nice warm greeting as soon as I walked to the door and not to mention they offer you a seat while you wait and these are really comfortable seats all in all the everything really adds up to an extraordinary experience that I will continue to bring my business back to and refer the heck out of! I came here to get my 3DS right shoulder button repaired and they did it in a flash, with great service on the side. The only catch was the hefty 49.99 price tag for the repair. I knew the replacement part was relatively cheap, but I didn't want to spend the extra time ordering it and trying to meddle with my 3DS if I wasn't sure if that was the problem to begin with. I can say I am very happy with the repairs the screen looks like it was when I first took the phone out of the box. So grateful I found this gem. I had trouble with my laptop's charging port and I wasn't sure what the best solution for the lowest price would be. The staff inspected my laptop and helped me problem solve, eventually improvising a solution that would allow me not to have to get the entire dashboard repaired. He even said it would be free of charge but I insisted on paying a tip for his time and efforts for working on the laptop. He also said I could come back anytime if the problem persists. I previously went to the apple store and was told my phone could not be fixed and that needed to replace it. This was a much better deal than replacing my iPhone. They fixed my screen great and convinced me to buy the temper glass and shock resistant phone case. A week later my screen still cracked and they do not offer a warranty or anything and did not fix my screen again for me. I don't recommend. read more

My son's 3ds was not charging and needed to be fixed fast! You know kids they need it ASAP. I googled a location that could repair it and this store came up. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted which was very nice. They had a water machine and a seating area for customers along with a TV . The area was also very clean. They were very friendly and only took them about 2 minutes to help me. I know the time wood vary depending on they're rush, but nevertheless they quickly helped me. I had my children with me in the were very friendly with my kids which made me happy because most technology places aren't to excited to see kids if that can break anything. Within about 1 day they have figured out the problem and have it ready within the next 2 days which is an awesome turn around. I also received emails updating me and phone calls letting me know that my item was ready. I am hoping to come back and have my cracked phone fixed as well.
