I paid the account off in January 2024. Three months later, I received a statement stating that I have a balance of $59 for the annual fee. This is not a credit card, it's a loan, therefore once the balance is paid in full, you're done. Upon, speaking with the account supervisor Georgina, I was told the fee would be waived and my account closed upon request. I asked her will this negatively affect my credit, she stated they aren't credit specialist. I was never told by DigniFi, that once the balance was paid in full, I would incur an annual fee. They are misleading. Their portal will give you a Payoff Balance with a due date but if you pay on that date, the payoff amount is higher. They stated your contract has a different date than the one on the system. The portal said I had until the 9th but the contract states the 4th so now I owe the interest because I paid my loan in full on the 5th. When I advised the system said the 9th and I sent them a snippet, they responded by saying that's the due date with Interest not the actual Payoff Amount. WHAT????? read more

I purchased a motorcycle from the crooks down At alligator Alley Harley Davidson in May 2023 and was unaware that I had signed/purchased for a Dignifi credit card at the same time when I signed for this motorcycle. I was buying a motorcycle, not maintenance, alligator alley Harley Davidson slid this paperwork at the signing stages without my knowledgeof this purchase. I had this motorcycle for 14 days before I returned this bike to Joe Barta with Financeing at alligator alley Harley Davidson after paying him $3000 to wash the deal, let alone $3000 I put for a down payment also. After returning to the dealership three times to find out that I also signed a no return policy. Shame on them along with dignify also. They must have a great investigation department. I have contacted dignify many times after being bombarded with phone calls from dignify and they would never listen to me, but just wanted a payment For services that were never rendered by Alligator Alley Harley and they should've returned this money to dignify. Instead, they pocketed the money and put the screws to me Without any services rendered. Just had to get that off my chest. The interest rises on a daily basis but to this day I have never received anything in writing to my address, only a mark on my credit. Between Alligator Alley Harley and dignify seem to be working together to screw over the consumer and just seems unfair to me. This has to be the worst company and credit card that I've ever had to deal with. It seems like they're full of scams. What company doesn't have a supervisor to speak with ?? You have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone with higher power to call you and get something resolved. I have difficulty making payments on line with the app.. I was told that it always has glitches by a customer service rep. Every month I try to pay my car on time, payment never goes through. I call back in a few days, they say they don't know why the app or payments aren't going through. I am being told ( twice already ) that I have to resubmit payment over the phone. I am told late fees won't charge me, yet the company wants me to pay two months in late fees. This is a very unprofessional company. Reps need customer service training a new way. If a customer calls with complaints of such a serious issue, things need to be notated. If there is a glitch in the system, it needs to he fixed. It's not a customer fault for the companies error. HOW AND WHY IS THIS SCAMMER GETTING 1.5-STAR RATING??? If there were a ZERO-STAR rating scale, that's what I would give them, a ZERO-STAR rating. I had my vehicle suspension done at a Subaru local dealership. The dealership introduced me to DigniFi - pay everything in full within the first 6 months of account opening. I did not really need this service/program but I was curious and thought I would give it a try. About 2 or 3 months in, I noticed there was an account opening fee. When I was at the dealership, the dealership did not advise me anything about the account opening fee. I first contacted DigniFi, DigniFi advised me to contact the dealership and have the dealership talk to DigniFi. I contacted the dealership. The dealership told me they themselves were not aware of the account opening fee. But the dealership did contact DigniFi and try to help me solve the issue, but nothing was resolved because the dealership told me that I would have contact DigniFi myself. So, DigniFi gave me a good runaround. I then called DigniFI again and this time I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with was Charles. He assured me if/when everything would be paid in full within the first 6 months of account opening, all fees would be removed/waived. I confirmed and reconfirmed with Charles several times before getting off the phone with Charles. The next day, I called in to double check. The supervisor I spoke with was the same Charles I spoke with the day before. Same thing again. Charles advised and assured me the same thing. I confirmed and reconfirmed with Charles several times before hanging up the phone with Charles. The 6th month came, I paid off everything per the original amount/balance when the account was opened. But the account opening fee remained in my account, it was not waived. I called in and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke to was not Charles and claimed there was nothing documented down regarding the conversation I had with Charles - while I spoke with Charles on TWO different occasions and confirmed with Charles numerous times. HOW CONVENIENT!!! I was not advised about the account opening fee. The dealership was not even aware of the account opening fee. DigniFi said they understand the frustration but NOTHING could be done. DigniFi said they were only able to remove the account opening fee if/when the customers decided to close the account within the first 30 days of the account opening. This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with. I make all my payments on time but every month they say I am 31 days past due. I ignored the email saying this thinking they made a mistake but it got reported the the credit burea. Two of my payments that I made didn't even get added to my account balance I had to send my bank statements in showing that I paid. Another payment is due and i have already received an email saying that I am 31 days past due which is a lie. I now have to call first thing in the morning to make sure this don't get reported to credit agency. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company by any mean. Be more upfront about fees, payments, and the fact that there is no grace period on the due date. Also, they won't let you make more than 1 payment within a 13 day period because they call it "non-guaranteed funds". E.g. if I make a partial payment on a date that is less than 13 days prior to my actual due date, the system won't let you pay ON the due date because they're still "processing" the last payment, resulting in more late fees. Their goal seems to be to drive people into the ground and continue to tack on more fees until people can't catch up. And they won't let you actually use the card if you have any type of late fee incurred. They basically freeze your account, even when you have funds available. read more

Beware: I took out a loan to buy a motorcycle with 6 month zero financing. Their website was having repeated software issues while trying to pay my final balance. I informed them of this immediately as I work in software and understand these errors, yet I was still charged a returned payment fee, despite paying the entirety of the loan in just 60 days. They refused to waive the fee and close my account despite my explanation and proof. They told my mom she had 90 days to pay off her loan, but her statements kept showing interest being charged. She didn't even get a statement for February. I know since she's been living with me while looking for a house since they moved. I even did a chat with one of their agents, Jalice, and they stopped talking to me when I asked why she was getting charged interest in December and January statements when her 90 days wasn't up yet. Avoid this company at all costs. I was told this was a pretty standard loan which I used as down payment assistance when purchasing a new car. I was told my credit would not be dramatically affected unless I missed a payment. My first payment is not even due yet but I paid it early. Then I saw my credit score dropped 93 points and my credit usage went from 1% to 53%. Warning do not use this company! I had leather seats installed in my car and was offered their services interest free for six months, so I signed up. Big mistake! It wasn't long before I got several emails my payment was late . I panicked never having a late payment I called to find out their system was having problems. Than again I received an email notifying me of a late payment, I checked my bank records showing payment was posted on time as scheduled. I sent a copy of my bank statement along with a letter requesting the late payment removed. i was told it would take 3-5 days to removed any fees. I called the company repeatedly after the 3-5 days had passed getting no where closer to having this resolved. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told a request would be put in and I would receive a call back in 24 to 48 hours, that never happened. Surprise! When I called again and did get to speak with a supervisor Jennifer she was of no help!! i scheduled my last payment early because I was told a different time line from when I opened the loan and I refuse to pay any late fees or interest. so once again I will have to watch my account and make sure the late fee is removed and I'm not charged another late fee for not paying for their mistake and not applying my payment in a timely manner. Online message is that I could not be identified, but all identifying information was given, so customer service could not explain what happened. Second person tried applying for the loan, and online portal said that the mobile # was not a mobile phone# -- as the the said mobile phone was being used to apply for the loan! CFS will provide you a small loan to help pay for an expensive auto repair, and they offer a no-interest option if you pay the loan off within the specified time frame. Their online portal leaves much to be desired, however. It provides a bare minimum of information about your loan, and though it allows you to make payments, DO NOT TRUST the payment scheduler! Selecting a future date on which you want a payment to post may not work--and if it doesn't work, THAT PAYMENT HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY. CFS appears to be too small to have a staff that works the phones 24/7, so if you have a problem, you won't get through to them unless you're calling during normal business hours. Consumers need to be able to trust that companies who offer online portals for payment have made sure their systems are free of glitches. CFS needs to overhaul their web portal so that customers who find themselves needing their services don't receive a nasty surprise when trying to pay their bill. read more
