Took my mom there, to make sure there was no blood clot*. There wasn't, so I appreciate getting to the bottom of that, and to learn what to look for in those cases. So that's 1 star. They tried to charge her $1,300. That's for squeezing her foot and take an X ray. I work in sales, and this office was no different than where I work. Everyone waiting for their commission, and using phrasing and tonality. "Batabeem bataboom, let's get an x ray and get you on your way, how does that sound?" And then boom, $1300. I asked why $1300, the "closer" at the front desk spoke gibberish. I called it a scam, and she got defensive and slipped her tongue big time. She said "well I don't know what you did in there", so I said "then why don't you find out before charging us???" At that moment the nurse came running and said to the "closer" "no, just one." One picture that is. AND DROPPED THE PRICE TO $345!!! I tried to get out of the closer how many pictures she had tried to charge us for, she rambled her way out of an answer like a used car sales lady, 3 times in a row. She was trained to use words like "deposit" (as if they would ever reimburse it) and co-pay and just a lot of bs. You tell me, if a bill can go from $1300 to $345, was the initial attempt not a scam attempt? They take advantage of the elderly, especially if they're tourists with travel insurance. They will over charge, trying to leave it up to my mom to ever get any of that money back. And on top of it all they call themselves Dignity. On their wall they have a poster urging people not to cuss them out. To not use foul language towards them. I did not, but it's pretty clear they have experienced that a lot. I went for pelvic floor therapy after having 2 babies in 2 years. Dr. Joelle was able to help me with any "discomfort" I was having. Not only did she SOLVE my pelvic floor weakness, she also dry needled my back- helping with severe pain I had from multiple epidural placements.. She was easy to talk to, and I looked forward to my weekly appointments. I really think all new (or old) moms should have a pelvic floor specialist, especially Dr. Joelle she truly was the best. scary unhoused people who are very dirty and sick coughing all over the lobby, very low security for anyone who isn't in the same boat. I was seen for less than 10 minutes, received 0 in person care, doctor touched my neck and wrote me a antibiotic prescription- BILLED ME $1900. Once you get on the "payment plan" to pay down the extortion they make it nearly impossible to change payment methods. this place sucks. read more

First time coming here for a concern over a major leg/knee injury. Their staff and service exceeded my expectations. The hospital beds and rooms were comfortable to be in and facility was well kept. Lately, it feels like we've all gotten a little too used to rushed, low-quality experiences at most emergency rooms -- but this place completely restored our faith in good care. Dr. Nelson Huang and nurse Aiza were amazing and this place was so fast. I needed urgent medical care and they took such great care of me. I'm so grateful. I had an ultrasound and a foley done in 20mins and I was discharged in 37 mins. I've been to about 5 ER rooms and urgent cares in Vegas but this one was by far the best! This was the best experience I had in an ER then my stay in the hospital there. All the staff in the ER and in the hospital, specifically my RN's, Arlene and Daisy were amazing! So kind and caring and there for any needs or answers to questions. I can't say enough about these professional ladies. Then Imelda in dietary, what a sweetheart! She was always checking in on me to see if I wanted anything, not just at meal order time. My Doctor, Doctor Rodriguez, was amazing as well, I didn't see him in person but by remote and he was able to listen to my lungs and heart as if he was actually in the room! He was very attentive and kind as well. I can't say enough about everyone there, all the ER staff, the CT tech to the front desk lady. This was a horrible hospital to use, especially in my case, and especially for Surgery. I don't care how good your Dr is, or if it's clean and pretty ... if the Staff that matter are bad, and they are, this is the wrong Hospital to go to. Read the other reviews, and you'll get the same here - Horrible people doing nothing more than collecting a paycheck. It's a business, not a place for Compassion, Empathy or even addressing the slightest of Patient concerns. They don't care! I don't like purposefully ignorant people who are arrogant on top of that, and are 'too smart' to pay attention to their patients. What is worse, I was getting Joint replacement, I did not need to be mistreated. All I got from this 'place' was ignorance, undue aggravation and a bunch of unnecessary pain and suffering. I am only a couple weeks, but I will NEVER go back, I won't even go to the Dr's Office for follow-up - I no longer trust them or this Hospital. I have been to 7 Las Vegas Hospitals, 5 in just the last couple years*. This place is the worst, and it's due primarily due to the people. There is a reason why there are so many complaints about RUDE, and in my case you can add IGNORANT and ARROGANT people. They suck. I won't even go back to the very good Ortho Dr I had because of my experience, and that he uses this place. He is also fired due to HIS staff, and GOD FORBID I need further help, I would not go back to their Office or this Hospital! Hit or miss. It depends on the people working. Sometimes the doctor and nurses and front desk personnel are good and sometimes they need to be unemployed. So it just depends. Today (10/8/25) was horrible. HORRIBLE. it started out very fast because I was called back and seen the nurse and then the doctor came into the room all WITHIN 30 minutes from the time that I walked in the door. After I saw the doctor, he told me he would send over my prescription across the street to the Walgreens and the nurse would be with me to discharge me. After sitting in the room for an hour, nobody ever came.. I ended up going to the front desk, handing them my chart myself and leaving and the front desk girl who was very pretty and very nice told me that they were just busy. I told her that I have been waiting for a long time and nobody came to discharge me. That doesn't make any sense is that everything else was so quick but the actual part where you send over the prescription and discharge the patient was taking forever and that makes me believe that they are just trying to rack up charges..... which later I got a bill of 11 dollars for Tylenol. read more

Mandiey is so sweet with the kids & we love having a free music class to come to during the week. They seemed polite but they also were more concerned about payment and a ct scan than my chest pain and history of stroke and heart murmur. I went in with pain in my chest hurting to walk huge lump in my left breast from pumping and all they did was an hour worth of vitals half an IV drip sodium chloride and a heating pad... then they give me antibiotics for something they couldn't even tell if I had just a guess... Heart /chest pain = immediate ekg especially with a bp of 154/100( allied health worker) Idk where they hired these people but this was such a disappointment Still in pain Still feel chest soreness All they were concerned about was verifying insurance Didn't even get a " feel better or get well" they all just stare and go back to gossiping. I took my mom here for an emergency visit due to her having debilitating pain in her head for four days. The receptionist was okay, not really the friendliest but that's okay. The person who put her IV in seemed like he absolutely hated his job. Was not friendly and did not even try to engage in small talk. The doctor however, he was a ginger (that's all i know)... i didn't quite catch his name but he was amazing. He was super friendly and super understanding. He definitely made the experience a lot better. The CT scan person who came and got her was also super friendly. Overall, i'd say it was a pretty good experience read more

Went to the ER here after we heard a pop late one night from a small fall my husband had. He was in severe pain. After a couple of hours, the doctor sent us home and said it was a muscle bruise and it would heal on its own. My husband stayed in bed, immobile for a week. That week passed by and the pain never subsided, so I chose to seek out a specialist. The specialist wasn't able to see us for an additional week, but when we finally saw them they told us it was a full Achilles rupture and that we should've gotten surgery immediately, because now the Achilles was mush and they'd have to cut away more than they would've needed to had we been diagnosed correctly at the ER several weeks back. Basically this ER wasted our time and money, while worsening our health. Would NEVER go back here. I don't recommend them at all. read more

Had a pretty generic experience being treated for strep, Doctor John Jobes seemed spacey but the nurses were communicative. I asked twice for a prescription to treat my cold sore outbreak and was met with no resistance or indication whatsoever that it should be an issue. The next day comes and the first issue is the provider, John Jobes sent my 6 Rx to be filled two days after my visit, after it was stressed to me to important it is to maintain a time regimen of my antibiotics that were started on site. Okay, everyone makes mistakes. I finally, after many hours on hold and on the phone with the pharmacy and the doctors office, got that sorted. I then see that my order is ready and everything looks goo- wait! A one day supply of valtrex (cold sore med). MUST be another error. Huh, rough day John Jobes was having. More phone calls for the girl with no voice. I am told that the doctor will be in this evening, and will amend the issue before the nights end. So I wait more. And I finally receive the awaited call - oops, Doctor said he's not going to change it. I love that nearly every time I visit a doctor, I question whether the passion to help people was lost along the way or just never existed within them in the first place. Terrible place terrible customer service. If you need medical help don't go here. I went to counter after about an hour and a half of waiting asking how much longer would I be waiting. They couldn't give me a time. So I let them know I had my dog in car and have been going in and out to checking on him since I arrived. I let them know I was going to take him home and be right back. Came back an hour later and was told I missed my call. It happened to be the same time I left. Now I had to fill out paperwork again and start this process all over again. I went into this hospital on July 23 after passing out in the street in Henderson. The friend I was with called 911. My treatment there was mediocre at best. I was discharged 3 days later, even after telling the staff I was still feeling ill. I am now back home in NY, and in the hospital here with a UTI that turned into Sepsis. If St. Rose had caught this, I probably would not have been so ill. Stay away from this hospital, if you can ... especially if you value your life! read more

Went in with heart racing scared, doctor accused of my of being on meth. He could have just waited until the test came thru in 5 minutes but he rather make assumptions. What a lovely staff and what a lovely ER! We were on vacation and I got the fun surprise of a kidney stone. I was in so much pain and so scared as I didn't know what was going on. We found this ER just a few miles from our hotel and boy, they were really on their game. They don't have Kaiser's in Nevada so that made me kind of nervous, but they just did a great job. Labs, CT scan, IV's etc. and back to hotel in about three hours. I highly recommend this facility and Dignity Health. They were great and, it's comforting knowing that when we come back, they are close by and can help if necessary. Turns out I had pneumonia in both lungs, so I'm recovering from pneumonia with a lower immune system. What do they give me today? Prednisone and Bactrim after I have already told them I'm allergic to sulfa-based drugs, only go here if you have a death wish. read more

I'm really sad to see all these bad reviews, i scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jasmine Jou and words cannot describe how incredible she is, truly thoughtful, concerned for me and my health. She is absolutely amazing, my appointment was at 10:10, they had me in a room by 10:05 and she walked into the room at 10:08. & she even went as far to apologize when her computer took a moment to load. I waited about 3 months after our visit to write this review based on other reviews. We stopped here due to conveniently being located to our location at the time. Our son went to wrestling practice that morning and suffered a head injury, and throughout the day got progressively worse, complaining of a headache and nausea. That night he had a concert and wanted to go. By the time we got to the other side of town he was worse. Driving using maps we came across this establishment. We went in, place was very empty. We checked in quickly and were seen very fast. This was not the first time we had taken him to emergency services for a head injury but it is the first time anyone has done a CAT scan. They also did a urine test. The doctor came in not long after these tests and assured us that he had no damage to his brain or head. We were very relieved. He had suffered a mild concussion that healed after several days of rest. Now, while we were waiting I looked this company up on Yelp and became somewhat concerned by the reviews. Upon checking out we were charged my insurance company co-pay and nothing more. I was still worried by the reviews and that is why I waited so long to write my own review. No other bills came to the house. We got explanation of benefits from my insurance company and no surprises. If we were in the area with another emergency, I wouldn't hesitate to come here. They charge me for a level three when I had a head cold with Covid $700 for a Covid test and $2400 to just go to the emergency room. I get that you know you take tons of money from an insurance company but you should not do that from a person that is paying cash. nobody is answering me why I was coded a level three. read more

The excellent care I received once seen was amazing. Janice (The PA who stitched me) was so professional, quick, sweet, kind, and so much more! Thank you again Janice for making me comfortable when I was so scared. Katya and Erin were great as well, thanks ladies! The only thing that upset me really besides the wait time was the sanitation, or lack there of, during a pandemic. There was very little, if any, kinda scary. read more

For the love of God do not go to this hospital if you're in a place to check the yelp reviews for a hospital before you go. You really see how hospitals are just a business when you get service here. They put my girlfriend through 5 different tests including EKG, MRI, urine test, without speaking to us, shuffling in and out like we weren't human beings and even more nervous because we were being treated like lab rats. If you want personal one and one care do not go here, they only spoke to us once they had finished all the tests then came back saying nothing was wrong and we can go home. read more

My husband brought myself and our 4 year old son to this emergency room on April 24th. We were both very sick with the stomach flu. I'll spare the details but neither one of us could keep anything down. I wish I could have read the reviews on this location before being admitted but I literally felt like I was going to die. I was wheeled into a room with my vomit bucket that I brought from home. My son was not given a bed he sat on a chair in my room. Mind you he was just as sick as I was. A nurse came into ask questions and shortly after I was given a IV. The guy that was putting the IV in told me I was very hydrated so he was having a hard time finding a vein. Then he proceeded to tell me that my veins just weren't good. I told him that I have never had an issue and with both of my pregnancies I had been given IVs and had blood drawn with no problem. I started to feel better with the IV, but I let the nurse know that I still felt really bad cramp pains in my stomach. She told me that I needed to give them a urine sample before we were able to leave. I was still having a hard time walking from being nauseous so it took me a while to get to the restroom. At that point I was sharing my hospital bed with my son who still wasn't feeling well. The doctor came in and spoke to us from the doorway he never once touched my son. We were both given Zofran and my son was given a popsicle and then we were cleared to go. The doctor was very unfriendly, seemed uninterested and very short. Shortly after we got home my son was vomiting again. We called the ER back and nobody knew what was going on or could give us any direction on what to do. We were told by the doctor that our son was fine but he wasn't. He actually needed more medication. I will not recommend this emergency room to anybody. I recently received my bill and have almost $10,000 in charges for a 45 minute stay where neither one of us was even touched by a doctor. This is after Blue Cross Blue Shield covered their part. The reviews don't lie, this place is a joke and way over priced. read more
