Took my son to the ER at Blue Diamond ER after he broke his nose. We asked upfront if they could fix it and what the out-of-pocket cost would be. Staff gave vague answers and said, "We'll see." The doctor came in for less than a minute and told us they couldn't do anything and that we needed an ENT or plastic surgeon instead. Then they handed us a bill for $1,100 for basically doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and feels like a complete scam. Very disappointing experience. read more

4.50 stars Entire staff is professional, polite, and caring. The only negative is the third party that reads the ct scans, it is no reason that it should take over three hours to get the results back. I know from previous experience with a family member that it could take up and over six hours. read more

This location is wonderful. Came in today for cold/flu symptoms. Got checked in very quickly . But the best part of my visit was how well I was cared for. The nurses were great and Dr. Singh was amazing. He really was very thorough and made me feel like he cared about me. Covered all the bases and really treated me. after talking to the manager about my visit to their facility on the 19th of april, thought this issue of no respect from the dr on call. walked out after being told that x-rays would be 12 hours before a diagnosis and i would have to stay. baloney! came because i needed my wounds cleaned as i am diabetic and x-rays of my hand which was swollen 4 times its size. today i recieved a bill for close to 5000 dollars for absolute robbery. Monday I hand it to my legal team. bill is 7 + times what it should be. Pathetic! Stay away from these crooks! didn't even try to charge Medicare as i am 74. you'd think they were St. Rose. had same issue several years ago from them. They lost that battle from me. Spring Valley Hospital just shot themselves in the foot. absolutly never had care at all. no cleaning my wounds etc. read more

Very clean facility. No wait when I arrived Sunday evening after 5pm. The staff were all extremely kind and warm making this unerving experience as pleasant as possible. Check in was ver fast without delay. I was made to feel very comfortable but was allowed to rest. Dr.Mohammed was extremely attentive to my concerns as was the intake nurse. Smaller more intimate ER setting took the edge off too. The facility was equipped with everything to assist with any emergent situation. I was hesitant to go as I thought this facility was more of an urgent care, it was much better than that. Such a good experience overall and despite my being there for my health concern. read more

Only place that was open at 4 am at my neighborhood. Went there for sharp pain in my throat. Went there and as soon as I enter they ask me for the visit reason. I told them and they immediately let me in the back where they check my blood pressure and oxygen. After a few seconds nurse shows up with questions. 3 min later doctor shows up. Diagnose me in 3 sec with streptococcus and prescribed me an antibiotics. Thank you Dr Heap you are amazing. After the first dose I start to feel better. He also send electronic prescription to Walgreens so I don't have to wait. After we were done insurance lady came in. My son had kidney pain on 11/5 and then again on 11-6 and I took him to the Blue Diamond ER and we felt so welcomed in no time at all, no waiting. Wonderful patient tech staff, nurses and doctors. On the first occasion we were looked after by Dr. Lamonaco who was so friendly and thorough ensuring he covered all bases and he made my son feel so at ease. We had to return the next day as the out patient Urologist follow up took a while and my son continued to be in pain. Again all the staff were wonderful and Dr. Singh was so attentive and thorough. Overall these doctors were exceptional we couldn't fault the care provided. The ER itself was modern, clean and bright. I highly recommend this ER campus should you need great care. read more

Thank you Dr. Paradelli, Carolyn RN, Jon RN, and Evan. I came in today because I was concerned for a lingering fever, flu like symptoms, with mid back pain. Carolyn came in first and asked me the triage questions and asked me to tell my story. She didn't cut me off and was so pleasant. Dr. Paradelli came in right after and he was so kind. He listened to my concern for pneumonia and ordered a chest xray right away and sure enough, it was. He ordered labs, gave me fluids, antibiotics, and nausea meds since the antibiotics made me feel a little sick. Jon was my nurse for most of my time there and he was kind and patient. He came in and explained everything to me regardless of my medical background which I was so grateful for. He was personable and professional. The rad tech was also so kind, he asked me questions about my symptoms and asked if one side of my chest hurt more than the other. Very pleasant attitude. Even the lady doing registration was so nice. I know we all come in to the ER having the worst day ever and these medical professionals just want to have a good day, so I'm am so grateful that regardless of the amount of sick and sad, these healthcare workers still have a smile on their face and offer as much kindness as they do. Compassion fatigue is a real thing in healthcare, but it has not affected these individuals. Thank you so much. read more

I chose this ER facility since it's near my home. Had a severe allergic reaction for a few days from prescriptions for contact dermatitis on my eyelids given to me by urgent care & my PCP. It was spreading down my face. I went in early and was seen right away. By the time I left, it was 1.5 hours later which isn't bad considering it's an ER. Everyone I encountered that day was really nice, especially Jenny, the nurse who helped with the medications at the end of my visit. The doctor was ok - not too friendly but not rude either. He even waved goodbye to me as I walked out to go home. I would return to this ER having experienced great things on this visit. It's very clean and my insurance will cover my visit so even better! read more

I go to this ER anytime there has been an emergency. I have a young high energy son who has busted his lip twice and both times I've brought him, the staff has been so kind and the doctor always tends to injuries quickly and skillfully. I recommend this ER to the other moms in the neighborhood incase their children have similar accidents- and they do take my advice and also have pleasant experiences. read more

Front staff awesome! As for the doctor, if I am able to give no stars I would, she was not personable and was rude. Don't get me wrong this place is my go to ER, never had any problems but this most recent visit totally thumbs down! Went in for a poss corneal abrasion, eye was just painful unable to keep eye open and keep eye closed something was in there!!!, sensitive to light, red, puffy and swollen, mind you doc was told something flew in eye and there was constant rubbing there after. Doctor(s),there was also a resident, did the numbing, then the dye, said there is nothing obvious in the eye and called it conjuctivitis. Given antibiotics told to follow up with a Ophthalmologist (FYI, was given a name and when I called it wasn't even an Ophthalmologist) ....after the visit went home too ibuprofen and fell asleep. Eye pain was better but all the other symptoms was still there. I was able to look in my and and there was something obviously in my iris, how could the ER have missed this?! I immediately called the number that was recommended, no answer after many tries and then when I finally got thru it was a PCP office. Luckily I was able to find and Ophthalmologist to see me within the hour and then it was confirmed, rust was lodged in my eye. It was taken out. I want to start this by clarifying that the staff was all helpful and polite. I have asthma, last night I had a flare up and unfortunately I was out of medication. I went to this location because it was close by and it was the only place that was able to get me a RX refill for my inhaler and nebulizer after 9PM. I told the receptionist I don't have insurance and just wanted a RX refill. I interacted with the doctor for a brief couple of minutes and he prescribed the medicine I needed. It was a great experience until I was told I was going to be charged $1,151 DOLLARS FOR A PRESCRIPTION REFILL. I am still in shock that this is even legal. My total time in that building was less than 20 minutes. I had no tests conducted and had no treatments given to me. This is legalized robbery plain and simple. read more

Dr Miller is the worst and most disrespectful Dr. I've ever come in contact with. I checked into the ER for dehydration from 12 days of vomiting/ diarrhea. Dr. Millers response was, " You can go to the strip for an iv for 200$." Now here I am two days later at Southern Hills hospital receiving great care and an iv for severe dehydration. Called while having a flare up to ask if they take my insurance they said they couldn't tell me until after I checked in. I went checked in asked at the front desk so I could know if I had an copay and was told they take all insurances . Then they began doing tests and treating me, came in the room and asked for some consents on a few forms and explained as we went basically if I consented to treatment and stuff like that: after I finished signing the forms the lady told me I owe $350 as my copay. Not sure why that isn't something they could have told me the first 3 times I asked but seemed very sketchy to purposefully wait until after I signed the forms. They then told me that's what they are suppose to do when I said I no longer wanted treatment , they said they would just bill me. Then the next day when I went to pick up the prescription they never sent it or left any notes and when I called back asking them to send it since they forced me to pay for the visit why didn't they send the prescription and they told eme since the doctor I saw was no longer there they couldn't help me or call him since he was off and they didn't know when he would return read more

My experience overall was great. The wait time for the results wasn't ideal, as for getting me into a room and getting all the tests done, I was impressed how fast that process was. My RN Jeni was the best. She made sure I felt comfortable and was so sweet. She came to check on me a few times throughout the waiting time and apologized about how long it took. The gal that did my registration was also very friendly. Prior to being discharged Jeni made sure I understood my aftercare instructions and answered all my questions. The facility was very clean. Went in with pain lower abdomen right side. Possible hernia. Area was bulging and hard. They did a CT scan and said you are constipated. Ok but even so it shouldn't be bulging out and feel hard. Never looked or felt exactly where it was hurting. Gave me laxative. Today a day later it is still bulging out and still hurts! Just disappointed. Just felt like doctor looked for simple solution, don't check to see what is really going on, and be on your merry way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.. had some weird stuff going on in my chest which felt like I was maybe having a heart attack or something and I just wanted to be sure, so I decided to stop in. They were so kind from the moment I walked in. My daughter had a fever and sore throat. A fever in this pandemic is now a cause for concern and to ensure that she was safe to return to school, we brought her here for testing. Alan the ER tech took her blood pressure, weight, height, and oxygen level. Alan wiped down all equipment before and after use. I appreciated that attention to detail and thorough Covid protocol. Thai spoke with us at the front triage and we met RN John and Dr Yoon in the room. All members of staff were friendly and kind. As I suspected, Dr Yoon diagnosed her with strep throat and he ordered ibuprofen for the fever and a steroid to help calm her throat, which John administered. We left with prescriptions for her amoxicillin and ibuprofen. I forgot to ask for an excuse note for her school since she missed the day coming here. But it's fine, I can always write my own note. The children's room they had us wait in was a single room, not just curtained off. I appreciated the privacy and space. There was also a tv inside playing Nickelodeon, with baby animals on the wall. It was a very inviting and calm space. Kudos to whoever decorated for adding on these small but helpful kid friendly touches. Dr Yoon asked good questions to get a full picture, was informative in describing his reasons for diagnosis, and directed me on what foods to offer my daughter to help soothe her throat. The patient registrar (Karina, I think was her name) rolled into the room with her computer and signature pad. She made the insurance/billing process easy and quick by explaining the forms to me. We didn't need to use the waiting room but I did get a glimpse of it and it was clean and organized. There was also a security guard who informed the medical staff when new patients arrived. I was highly satisfied on my level of care and experience here and will refer all my family and friends to this location if they require medical services. read more

I love this ER! Unfortunately for me I have had to visit them several times since they opened but every time the wait time is less than 6 minutes (there sign says 6), the Doctors have great bedside manner, the nurses will check on you while you wait even if they aren't assigned to you and the service is pretty quick as well (depending what you are being seen for). The time before this last time I went, I had to have a CAT scan which also didn't take long to get in and get done. Additionally, when I had to call them a month after I was seen they were super courtyard helpful in helping me get information about that CAT scan and how to obtain it for a further follow up with my eye doctor. If you find yourself needing the ER and you live over here in Mountains Edge or Rhodes Ranch, it's a great alternative to St. Rose and you will be well taken care of. I highly recommend them! read more

Visited 3 hospitals in a week than finally another bad night of pain and sickness thanks to this ER they actually helped the pain go away. ( I was having an awful pain throughout my stomach and lower area.. I can finally sleep and thank you guys for referring me to the right direction for a gastroenterologist I am excited to finally figure out what's been causing me to be so sick and in tremendous pain.. this ER is the best. I have been to this facility a few times. My first time was great. Doctor and nurses were great. My recent visit was not so great. I entered at 3:30 pm. Had an x ray taken of my finger. The nurse came to check on me maybe twice. No one updated me on the status of my results. I stayed in that room for 6 hours before the nurse came with discharge papers. I'm looking at her confused because I don't know what's wrong with my finger if it's fractured or what. When I asked her what the status of my finger was she looked surprised and asked if I had spoken with the doctor. I told her no and she proceeded to go talk to him. After all that they both come in the room to talk to me. I just felt it was a level of not being concerned for the patient. They talked to and checked on everybody around me. I'm very displeased with the service. read more

They called the police on me when I decided to remove my son due to lack of care. The kind police officers agreed with my decision and with the fact that the doctor was out of his mind. They got me back to a room in 3 minutes, had me seen in 10 minutes, X-rays in 15 minutes and on my way back out under an hour. All staff members were courteous and listened to my concerns. I don't know what more you could ask for. read more

If I could give this place -1 star I would . I waited almost 4 hours for them just to swab my kids to see if they had the flu or Covid and the discharged me after . Took forever for them to even give one of my daughters medicine mind you she had a fever when she got there .i wish they would of told me before hand that I was going to wait and waste my time for a swab . On top of that they told me one of my kids tested positive and one negative. . Took them to their pediatrician to find out they both actually positive . After experiencing a fever and body aches for the past 5 days I finally decided to come into my local ER where I thought I would be welcomed by kind nurses, but I rudely met with nurse Kathy who work the 1am shift on May 14th who not only attempted to diagnose my symptoms while in the waiting room but adamantly tried to turn me away. I explained to her I believe I had the flu because I had body aches, but wasn't sure & to sum up the conversation she said I should go to my local gas station for ibuprofen. I asked her was she a doctor she said "no, but I'm pretty sure that's what he'll tell you". I told her, I would prefer to see him and she said with an attitude "of course you do" and walked off. Im not sure why she was soo adamant on turning me away, or why the nasty attitude. On top of already being in pain, she made the whole check in process uncomfortable. I don't appreciate being treated that way. Isn't there a nurse oath on ethics to treat everyone equally? What did I do to deserve this treatment? I've been a local in this area before this ER was built. Blue Diamond is a beautiful area with kind people. I hope Kathy's flawed character is corrected & no one has to experience what I experienced. read more
