Terrible customer service. I remember the days when you walked into a Victoria's Secret and you were immediately asked by multiple employees if you needed help. I went in this morning and basically had to chase down an employee for help. I hate coming to this location. Victoria's Secret is just not what it used to be! The quality is very cheap and prices are so over the top. After a couple of washes their panties will get holes and also rip in certain areas. You are buying the name, and the fact the panties look cute. I only shop here for the semi annual sale and never come for any other reason. I refuse to pay 65.00 for a bra that is uncomfortable and doesn't even do it's job! I'm also not paying 24.00 for one pair of panties. So today I went in and got purchased some panties from the semi annual sale. The ad board displaying above the panties section stated they were 3 pairs for 19.99. I grabbed 6 pair. When I got to the register my total was over 100.00! I told the cashier in an irritated tone "this is the 3rd time this has happened to me!" I will grab the underwear on sale and I get up here and you say these specific ones are not part of the sale!!! Why do you guys not markdown the items or display them in the right area so I wouldn't have this problem??? Had a nice experience today at this VS. I was measured for bra and the girls suggested I try on a few bras but i fell in love with the body by Victoria demi bra. Although that bra was not on sale decided to treat myself to a nice bra as I normally don't. The demi bra is comfy but doesn't feel unnatural. The bra itself has a simple look but is still very feminine and soft to touch and nice strap and pretty colors. I purchased a black and light pink. read more

Holy cow this store is full of bras. I'm not going to claim to be a bra expert because quite frankly as a man I usually don't wear one, but I can tell you that this store has the bras that you want. Basically any size boobs will find a home here. They've got bras in every color, size, and shape. They've got bras for when you're working out and bras for when you're wearing a t-shirt and bras for strapless dresses - it's the damnedest thing. Anyway, I wasn't here shopping for me. I came here with my wife, and a word of warning: They only seem to have one chair to sit in while you wait for your special lady to have her breasts holstered. It's bright pink and it's got cushions stuffed on each side of it so that you kind of have to sit there with your legs together awkwardly while people run around waving bras and panties. It's mildly entertaining, I guess, but it's hard to make conversation when you're just a single guy in a bra store. This location also has some extras. If you want a bright pink cell phone case, they've got those. They also have wings like somebody cut them off of an angel - not sure how expensive those are but like I said, nobody seemed to want to chat with me or ask me if I wanted a pair, so I just stayed quiet. They also have some perfumes and body lotions and face salves and that kind of stuff - pretty good smelling stuff, to be honest. In closing, if you're a guy, don't expect much here. It's pretty much just ladies clothes and smelly-goods. If you're looking for sexy lingerie for your special woman, then eh - they've got some decent stuff I think. It's a little hard to gauge that kind of thing when it's on a mannequin with no arms or legs or head and there's some kind of decapitated angel mannequin watching you from behind. Love this store! Great customer service. Although the girls are paid on commission, they aren't pushy with you getting more! They are truly helpful and just want you to have a great experience... This store is high-volume which means they have more products/ selection than lower volume stores (Superstition VS, Tempe VS, & SanTan VS) I like that the PINK section, beauty section, and lingerie section are connected into one store (Scottsdale is not connected- the PINK store is upstairs with no connection to lingerie and beauty which is downstairs). The store offers complimentary bra fittings. If you are unsure about your bra size or have never been fitted they will gladly fit you... It isn't awkward, I promise! Have them send you into the fitting room. They will get you the fit bra (Body by Victoria - Demi) to find your perfect fit. They will ask questions about what style bras you are looking for (push-up, Demi, multiway, everyday, t-back, sexy, etc.) and grab those for you to try on... Great experience for you, you don't even have to break a sweat. If the store doesn't have the size in store for the specific bra you are looking for, they will be happy to order whatever you are looking for online. That all Change Today, today I had to go in because I get married on Saturday 9/3/22 and I needed under garment for my wedding day, But the difference was "Jackie" she is an associate there that recognized me "the deer in headlights" looking lost and confused on where to start. She walked over and with the brightest smile and asked if she could help me with anything, I advised her of the reason for my visit and that I had never purchased anything more than perfume from VS that I could remember. Jackie did not make me feel dumb or out of place she calmly walked me around giving suggestions and ideas and help as if she was a friend or sister. I mean this is the first time I ever felt I could actually find and fit something in VS and would love it. She was Professional,friendly courteous you name it simply AWESOME. And the whole thing is she had no Idea that I was so anxious that, just coming in I was just going to leave but she approached me at the perfect time. I feel like every time I go into a Victoria's Secret Store the layout is different. The staff is always nice but when it's super busy it's hard to find their staff members because they are dressed so casual now. I remember the days when they dressed up (yes I'm aging myself)! For having their Semi Annual Sale they actually had all of the registers open. Kudos to the manager for doing that. The line went very fast. They are moving out of their last season inventory so a lot of their new items have not come out yet. The PINK section is always a mess so I wish they would fix that. The customer service in this store is horrible. I went in today & walked by at least 5 girls who work at VS, & wasn't even greeted. 10-15 minutes into my trip I was finally acknowledged by an employee. She wanted me to move from the section of underwear I was browsing through (to purchase) so that she could show a customer she was working with the difference in the styles, hella rude. Also the organization of the sale bin needs help. The bins were marked with one size & none of the underwear were the corresponding size. At least the beauty products were kept somewhat in order. I hate shopping for bras. Yesterday I ended up at another VS in another mall and I was very displeased. I made a point to come here today because I know this location has great customer service. I was a approached by Ha who asked me what size I was looking for and helped me find the right one. She checked on me a few times again while I was in the store before she was sent to work the registers. From there, another employee (not sure of her name) was very helpful in the fitting room. I didn't have the receipt, so I was assuming they would not be able to take it back. The gal that helped me said it would be no problem at all and gave me store credit. My name is PJ, and the only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the manager, Erin Roberts. I must say the only person in this store could figure out my issue with my purchase&return was Erin Roberts. Not only she was so knowledgeable but she was also so patient and kind too even during the busy holiday time. She was actually pregnant but she was more calm than anyone in the store. Again, I had the same issue with my purchase but another manager didn't want to help because she was too busy, and said I need to go back another day but I think she really didn't know how to fix the issue. That's why I asked for Erin's name so VS knows how valuable she is. I believe there is a third manager too but she wasn't as friendly or patient too. Tara, the sales associate is nice too. I love this Victoria's Secret location. I have issues with the brand, because they are somewhat limited on bra sizes, but my review today is based on the customer service and organization at this particular VS. I am a frequent shopper at VS, and I have never once had a bad experience here. The ladies at the fitting room are great and are not only helpful, but they socialize with the customers and help them feel at ease. I've been in there so often that several employees recognize me and ask how things have been! This store is more organized than other locations- all the undies, bras, and clothes are folded or hanging nicely, instead of in a pile of mixed sizes like I've seen at other stores. I love the new secret garden collection and the clothing they sell is so comfortable and sometimes sexy. I can't give them 5 stars because the wire in the bras I buy from them always end up poking out the first time I wear them. You're better off buying bras at kohls or target. This Victoria's Secret is easily the best VS store in Arizona. They top all of the other VS stores when it comes to stock, customer service, and just all around comfort. I never walk in here without being immediately approached. Actually, most times I'm approached 2-3 times throughout my time in this VS unless I'm being helped by someone already. This VS also came through for me when I was looking for a specific pair of pants and had already been let down by 2 other local VS stores. I called all of my local VS stores to track down the VS Pink camo boyfriend pants that had sold out online in my size. I didn't end up holding a pair when I called originally as I had found them elsewhere, but I later ended up calling them back to confirm they had the boyfriend pants (and NOT the camo skinny joggers the other stores had falsely held as the boyfriend pants I was looking for). They took awhile and came back and confirmed they had them. I made my way down to the Chandler Mall and got in line. Thankfully, when I reached checkout and had them pull my held item for me, they got it right!! They actually had the camo boyfriend pants I was looking for and I was relieved. The woman who checked me out was a total sweetheart as well and I wish I caught her name. Overall though, this is the far superior VS and is especially great during VS events (i.e. Black Friday, private shopping events, etc). I would highly recommend this particular VS! read more

I love Victoria's Secret products, but I always order online because I hate going into the stores. The salespeople always try to give me awkward bra fittings in front of other random customers, or they just ignore me altogether. However, I popped into this particular location a few weeks ago to return something I ordered online. The staff was so helpful! One of the girls came over right away, found out what I didn't like about the leggings I had purchased, and recommended another product that was a much better fit. Everyone was super friendly, and throughout my 15 minutes in the store, 3 people spent time talking with me to help me find what I needed. Even better, the store was incredibly well-stocked! DO not.. NO matter how pretty, HOW lacy... HOW sultry.. HOW sexy... DO not.. buy your bras here... I got a pretty black/lace/silk/champagne bra here... ON my first trip wearing the bra NOT two days after purchasing it.. IT snaps... IN the airport while walking with an all male crew. Dart into nearest restroom and change.. I've literally had the bra on ...LIKE an hour?! A $58 bra just breaks.. (and don't get me wrong.. I know I tend to gain weight in my yaya's.. BUT I was fitted SO it wasn't like I was overflowing the lace! ).. When I tried to return.. They denied the return.. saying it was a hygiene issue?! WOW... whereas I understand that.. You aren't going to resell a broken bra anyway... You are going to mark as 'damaged' and return to the company! Yeah...I know these things! I worked in a posh boutique in my college days ... I came in to get fitted for a bra and had a great experience until the associate fitting me told me she'd bring me some bras to try on and never returned. I sat in the dressing room and waited as I heard her help another person get fitted for her bra. I heard her ask her if she wanted her to bring some bras over to her. I love Victoria's Secret and had come to the Chandler location the other day for their two hour panty party sale (I believe it was called that) and all of the associates were wonderful and very helpful! I have recently lost a lot of weight and was needing all new bras, I had no idea what size I was now or what style would fit me best but a wonderful girl named Jackie brought me size after size to the dressing room and helped me figure out which styles and sizes were best for me, she was absolutely amazing, since I had to try on so many bras I was in the dressing room for probably close to an hour of the 2 hour sale, I had already picked out all my items though. When we finished, Jackie helped me grab all the bras off the floor that we had picked for me and I was heading towards the register because it was just after closing time and I was one of the last 5 girls in the store. That's where my experience went bad. As I was heading to the register to check out, an older woman came up to me and said very rudely "Are you done?! Because we're waiting on you!" I said Yes, and ignored it and headed to pay. I know it was a little after closing, but you don't say that to a customer. The sale was also $25 off $100 or $50 off $200 etc. I was sure that I was close to $200 but unsure what my total would come out to exactly so I grabbed an extra bra to throw in if my total was close! At the register there were two younger sales associates, one ringing me up and another doing random stuff behind the counter and talking to the one ringing my stuff up. I was trying to watch my total without all the discounts added to see if I could get the extra bra to put me at $200, I saw my total at like 180 something and asked the girl If i was close to 200, and she said no and kept talking to her friend working with her, a minute later I said "Are you sure? because I have an extra item to throw in if I'm close..." again she said no you're not close and kept talking to the other girl, so I believed her and left the store because it was closing. When I got home I decided to count up my receipt and do the math since I didn't have time to do so in the store. My calculations showed that I would have definitely been at $200 if I had gotten the extra bra I picked out. Flustered, my friend said we would go back the next day and tell them that and ask for them to adjust it. The following night we went back and I asked an associate for a manager, a supervisor of some sort came out and I explained the situation to her, she was very nice and said she needed to grab a manager, that's when the rude woman from the night before, whose name I figured out is Jodi, came up to my friend and I and said "Is this your receipt ?" I said yes and she says "That sale was yesterday only from 6-8pm, you can't just come back and get more stuff." and I explained the situation and said that I wasn't trying to get any workers in trouble, but that I was told wrong by the cashier, and I just wanted to get my extra bra that I was going to get to put me at $200 like I had thought I could have. She remained stubborn and said "So you were here for a whole two hours and didn't find everything you wanted?!" and literally scoffed at me! I ignored that and continued telling the situation since yes, I am allowed to be in the store for two hours! She then said that she couldn't do anything because she didn't have those coupons anymore, and every other excuse in the book before turning to her associate and saying "I guess you'll have to return all these items and re do it all" then looked at me and said "Do you have time because this will take a while." and I said "Yes, I do have time" (it literally only took like 10 minutes by the way) She also stated that I would have to spend $40 ish more dollars to hit the 200 so I said Okay, that's fine even though I had calculated less. So I went to the floor and grabbed a $50 bra and returned to the register where I believe a girl named Sophia was returning everything.
