Oh look...... a nice hole was starting where the sensor got stuck and wouldnt come off. 1 wash and the hole would get bigger. Went back in the store and I looked at the placement of the sensor on all the pants of the one I got. All the sensors are placed not on the seam. Theyre going to become a hole....bad worker that censored them. That ruined all of those pants you know. I used to work in retail and you just don't place sensors on clothing items in random spots. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. Staff is always friendly and returns are a breeze when necessary!

After deciding that I was going to stop at three cardigans & my husband picked out his selection of jeans, Marcy couldn't help but tell me to take a look at the final sale items in the back of the store! Thankfully I found some nice short sleeve pastel t-shirts for 60% off which you can't beat! Everything that I purchased I just love & can't wait to wear... don't know which cardigan I want to wear first, love them all so much! They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. Today one of my friends texted me alerting me that Francesca's at Dana Park was having a 60% off…read moresale and she scored 6 Volcano candles in case I was interested knowing how much I love volcano candles. I leave my house instantly to go buy the remaining 3 Volcano candles.. The employee sees that I'm holding them and says the candles aren't included in the sale. I ask her where it says that there are exclusions to the sale on the signs posted throughout the entire store. She replies that corporate didn't send those signs with exclusions. I explain that my friend had just bought 6 candles and received the 60% off discount. Later I found out that my friend had asked if the volcano candles were included in the sale and the employee said yes they were. I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was one of the managers and her boss was unavailable. The employee said her name was Jessie. Francesca's should have made things right and honored the 60% off the entire boutique as their signage advertised instead of being selective on what is on sale and what isn't, it almost seemed like Jessie wanted the remaining candles for herself instead of selling them to a paying customer.

I guess back to Ariat, they carry high Viz and FR gear in store, they could have more options available but at lest they are there!!! And some good sales I might add.
