We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

Prices have definitely crept up -- you can tell the tariffs and inflation finally caught up. Things aren't quite the steal they used to be, but they're still cheaper than department stores for the same brands. Service is another plus here. Checkout is fast and efficient, and they don't pressure you to open a store card, which is a refreshing change. The staff went so out of their way to make my shopping nice it was like when I go to another country or shop at a luxury store. Several of the staff greeted me and asked if I needed anything while I was shopping. But my daughter dropped her giant sucker and was sooo sad. It hit the floor and sort it shattered and made a mess. I felt bad but they were so kind and swept it up and a member of the staff even asked if she was okay and said oh she looks so sad . She went and got her a snack bar and a little candy and veggie chips and rice krispy. Tbh I'd have had to leave and would have had to go get her a lollipop but this allowed me to find 2 shirts a set of earrings and a bag for myself while she was occupied. It was genuine Christmas cheer in a clean store and I found things I'd wanted in ages quietly on sale. I wish I'd gotten the girls name who did that. The store pretty frequently has unfinished cups and opened food wrappers amongst the merchandise, and the selection of items seems smaller (or maybe they just run out of stock more?) than other Targets in the area. The store layout also feels more cramped, which is odd considering it seems like a pretty large store footprint. Checkout is one of the biggest reasons I try to avoid coming here. The self checkout line is almost always long, frequently with at least 7-8 people/groups waiting. This is always while multiple register lanes are unstaffed. On the plus side? Whenever I do a pickup order, the folks are always friendly.

Brownie points right there. At that moment I knew I was going to find good things. I would up buying 4 pairs of cool @ss shade for a total of $31. Hangten, Reaction, Shawn Paul, and Timberlake. I just wanted them all that my weekly splurge. Meet an amazing employee Jamel who took the time to assist with on of my glasses and that had no price tags. He averaged it down , great customer service and proceeded to take 19% off which was a blessing. He himself was a yelper and shared a few stories. Alway great to meet follow Yelp elites and I was super stoked about this purchase. The store has so much merchandise, I plan to head back next week to find a few things for my condo.

Stop by this mall with my Lady while visiting Jacksonville Easter weekend. She wanted to get her…read morenails done at a spot recommended to her from a friend who used to live here, so we decided to stop in. The nail shop review is under a separate review. But overall, this mall has definitely seen better days. While the exterior doesn't necessarily reveal the level of aging, when you get inside the mall you noticed pretty quickly but this mall is likely on it's downturn. There are several closed, or seemingly closed stores, and most of the traffic seems relegated to a couple of the larger department stores like H&M and Belk. A lot of empty kiosks in the middle of the walkway with the rest of them being occupied by local vendors that didn't seem to be getting much business at all. And if teenagers are still headed to malls on Saturday's to hang out, this is clearly not the mall that most of the local teenagers here hang out in as the traffic was surprisingly light for a Saturday - I just realized that may appeal to certain readers of this review. Lol. Anyway, unless you are visiting a specific store in this mall as a destination, I would probably suggest finding one of Jacksonvilles bigger malls for a true mall experience.

Their shoes are "cool" and make a style statement. Though I'm not sure my feet can take them! And don't talk to me about those backpacks Van's sells! I desired one badly! If these were photography backpacks I would have gotten one! But I did leave there on this day with a pretty "cool" Van's ball cap that is fashionable wear in summer time. Van's isn't a huge by any means, but they just sell good stuff! I am fascinated every time I visit. My friend picked up a nicely designed boonie cover (well, that's what we called them back in my deployment days) and an awesome off white pair shorts. Now, the staff that helped us on this day was one of the best I've experienced in a clothing shop. From enthusiasm, to answering questions, ensuring we get the best discounts, and helping us to sign up for their rewards/app, etc., I was extremely impressed. There is a welcoming atmosphere here and I'd sure enjoy coming back anytime. I really don't think prices at Van's are overly high when compared to other outlets of its type at Town Center. However, if you want better value for your dollars, ask about their discounts on the day you shop here and sign up for the rewards.
