They gave him no instructions or paperwork whatsoever. I've had many conversations with Macy's customer service to no avail. I requested a white glove person to come back out to finish setup and give us our paperwork! I requested they respond via email as phone calls don't seem to work with them! I went with Macy's thinking I was purchasing the best couch and delivery/setup. I do not recall anyone purchasing furniture from Macy's! I searched for couches for 2 years, so sorry I went with them!

When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

Great selection of items from kids toys to home items. They even have a great food selection. If you want to buy cheap artwork to decorate your walls, this is a good place to go. Most large pictures are $29.99 or less. Their clothing selection is good and they have a big and tall section. They usually carry suits, dress shirts, and ties, which I used to buy to meet my previous employer's dress code. So glad I don't have to waste money on ties anymore! The upstairs is closed and they have reduced their square footage. They have restrooms in case of an emergency. I like to look through Burlington's clothes once in a while to find something I might like. Sometimes I get lucky, other times, not so much. It's hit or miss and they're not guaranteed to have your size. I still recommend checking it out because their prices are very reasonable for name brand labels.

I came here on a Saturday (30 September 2017) looking for lamps for my living room. After walking around trying to find lamps, I finally found someone to assist me. The employee told me that they had run out of lamps so there weren't any for sale. He pointed at the area where the lamps normally would be located. He probably could have explained better when more lamps may return but at that point, it didn't matter because I needed to buy a lamp that day. Besides not finding a lamp, this store; however, is clean and ideal for those looking for reasonably priced furniture. I remember living in Columbus (Ohio) and actually purchasing a LoveSeat from Big Lots after someone had told me that they sell furniture. It was a beautiful (gray) and quality style loveseat which I had to sell when I moved to Cleveland in August of this year. So you can find a great couch/sofa here. Overall, the customer service at the furniture section could have been better here but I still ended up leaving with some great bakery items (organic Coconut Flour and Organic Cocount Sugar) and other snacks.

I also gave them brand new purple vans that costed over 60 dollars (mind you they say they take 1/3 of the original price and that's what they give you) and they told me they would give me $8.00 for it!! All they want are "trendy clothes" but half of their clothes look like they are from 2013 or something you saw on Pinterest when you were in middle school. I'm so upset that Plato's is like this now.
