After a few moments, I actually turned to them and said, "Hi, how are you today?" a greeting that I would have expected to receive as a customer entering the store. I remained in the store for about four minutes and still received no assistance or engagement from any team member. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. I was genuinely interested in shopping and looking around your store, but the lack of basic customer service made me decide to leave. Need to invest on coaching your colleagues to have better customer service.

The sales person was Alejandra and I don't know if she was ill or hungover or what because she had her head on the table when I walked up. She barely looked up to check me out and when I grabbed some hair bows at the register in bins that said 60% off and asked how much they were, she told me they were $4.99 (which was regular price). I explained that the sign said 60% off and she said that the sale starts tomorrow. Umm.....then put the sign up tomorrow....not today. Came here a couple of weeks ago before our Disneyland vacation and we scored a ton of clothes at a great deal. My son is growing fast, so we come on a fairly regular basis to purchase clothes.
