I thought, "Oh well, it happens," and didn't think much of paying a little more. But when my daughter was about to open it, I noticed the box wasn't factory sealed. It had been closed with two pieces of Scotch tape. The moment I opened it, I knew she'd been scammed. The squishy was dusty, and half of the ink from one of its eyes had transferred onto the bottom of the toy. It looked like someone had already played with it, decided they didn't want it, put it back in the box, and the store resold it as new. So not only did they charge more than the store just a few doors down, but they also sold us what appeared to be a used toy. That was really disappointing, especially for something meant for a child.
