I went to pay and literally got the worst costumer service I have ever received. The sales person was Alejandra and I don't know if she was ill or hungover or what because she had her head on the table when I walked up. She barely looked up to check me out and when I grabbed some hair bows at the register in bins that said 60% off and asked how much they were, she told me they were $4.99 (which was regular price). I explained that the sign said 60% off and she said that the sale starts tomorrow. Umm.....then put the sign up tomorrow....not today. She was so rude and not helpful I will never shop here again...which is sad since I have twin girls.

Came here a couple of weeks ago before our Disneyland vacation and we scored a ton of clothes at a great deal. My son is growing fast, so we come on a fairly regular basis to purchase clothes. Customer service is still hit or miss. I love coming here because I can find great polo clothes for my little man at a reasonable price point when compared to purchasing polo at the department stores or even online. This is the only PRL children's factory store in the entire state of California.
