They always have seasonal stuff and it's new, trendy, unique and beyond gorgeous. I love this store so much! The prices are great too, they have a sale often, gotta look out for those savings cuz it's makes it all the more worth it. I've been there a million times and have never been disappointed. Well, except the time they ran out of stuff right before Christmas especially the garlands, those are the first to go. I highly recommend Hobby Lobby for any of your decor needs or just for fun even! They also have long lines sometimes, that's something to keep in mind as well.

This store is quite large with a big selection of clothing and other household items. I found a really nice blanket with strawberries all over it. It is so soft. We were originally able to price match to Walmart's price and were hoping to exchange them for a new pair, as the ones we bought had a static sound issue right out of the box. When we approached the electronics department, two newer employees were unsure how to assist, so they called over what appeared to be a team lead. Unfortunately, this individual--Elysia, who wore glasses and had tattoos--was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. She asked us--rudely and with attitude--why we were returning the item. We explained multiple times that there was an issue with the AirPods, and all we wanted to do was return them and purchase a new pair using the same price match we were given the day before. She dismissed us, saying she couldn't price match because it wasn't showing in her system, despite the fact that it had just been honored the previous day. Her tone and demeanor made us feel disrespected and unwelcome, and it was clear she wasn't interested in actually helping us or even trying to understand the situation. What made it even more frustrating was that the employee who helped us the day before was incredibly kind and helpful--there were no issues at all with the price match, and the process was smooth and professional. I have never had an issue with this kind of situation before, but today's experience left a very bad impression--especially coming from a team lead. We even heard the people behind us ask for a price match on a remote controller. If Elysia couldn't help us with a price match, I'm not sure how she would be able to assist anyone else with one. It's clear she doesn't have the proper etiquette or training to do so. She easily could've handed this issue off to someone capable of resolving it, but she chose not to--and her actions made that clear. After this interaction and being treated with attitude, we kindly took our business to San Jose--a whole other town away--and did the return there with better satisfaction and customer service. We could have easily returned the item and taken our business to Walmart--but we chose Target because we expected better service. Disappointing, to say the least.

I got burned out on Coach bags about 10 years ago and told myself I'd never buy another one. A second salesperson steered me toward the new small wallets they just got in, which were very cute. I was interested in looking at a certain brown suede bag that's quite popular right now, but they didn't have it in stock. A third salesperson tried to steer me toward the same style in regular leather, but I knew I wasn't interested. In the end I bought a small chenille handbag I fell in love with and a black glazed card case with a tiny cherries charm on it that sort of matches the bag. Their bags have changed a lot in the last 10 years and I admit I really like them again. I only gave the shop three stars because it bothered me having so many salespeople trying to help me and the third one was sort of aggressive. They would do better having one customer = one salesperson.

I politely explained that three customers had exited and that three customers should therefore be allowed in. Instead of paying attention to the customers leaving, she questioned my statement and said she had not seen anyone exit. It was apparent that she simply was not monitoring the flow closely. The interaction and her attitude did not sit well with me. I shared this with my 4 friends who were already in the store to make purchases. The experience left all of us disappointed and walked out empty handed. Because of this interaction, it will likely be quite a while before I choose to return to your store. If the was an option ZERO stars this would be the case.
