    Four cheese pizza

Had a great time at Dimmi Dimmi! It is the cutest place! I love the vibe, very charming! I wish I got our waitress name because she was fantastic! She gave great recs, brought us out a complimentary dimmi spritz and limoncello shots! Everything came out very timely. To stay I got the Calabrian dirty martini. I was obsessed with this! Not too strong of a hot flavor but the perfect amount! We also got the Mediterranean crispy rice. I loved this, the perfect rice texture and bite! We got the vodka and four cheese pizza! I enjoyed the four cheese pizza but it did not blow me away. I wasn't a fan of the vodka. I didn't get the vodka flavor, and it was not cheesy. This may be a hot take but it just didn't do it for me. We also took our waitress rec and went with the rigatoni Tarantino. I loved this! Pasta cooked perfectly. So much flavor. I thought it was one of the better pastas in the city!

Excellent place with great food. Lizzie made us the best cocktails and we really enjoyed our night out there. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the food.

It can be hard to get a reservation here. It took me about 1.5 months to get something and it was for Sunday lunch. The inside is small but very cute. The lunch menu is smaller than the dinner. We decided to pick out a few things to share. Our server was helpful and explained the menu well. We started with the Caesar Salad and Crispy Lemon Chicken (which we were told the chicken is only on the lunch menu). Both fabulous! The Caesar is lemon and anchovy forward with garlic bread croutons. The Crispy Chicken is also lemon forward- it has a lemon slice you can squeeze on top, which is recommended. We asked for another slice- we love lemon! Lol The chicken was crispy and seasoned well. It also was paired the a sweet and sour sauce, which was not spicy. For the entrees we got the Vodka Pizza and Gnudi Pomodoro. Both were great but I LOVED the pasta. It was so fresh, pillowy, cheesy- the tomato pesto sauce was very flavorful. The pizza was super super thin and crispy. For dessert we had the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. This had layers of flavor. We loved this place just wish the menu was bigger! Overall experience 5/5. Pro tip- ask for a side of ranch to dip the pizza in and extra parmesan for the pasta!

A cozy spot for good Italian food. The staff were friendly and food was tasty. We tried: - Crispy Lemon Chicken - Hand-Pulled Mozzarella Sticks - Caesar Salad - Spicy Vodka & Nudja Pizza - Gnudi Pomodoro It seems like a lot, but the plates weren't too big and you can always take extra home. The Caesar Salad was very good and had the anchovies that added a nice saltiness. Really enjoyed the pizza too, but the vodka and nudja will knock you out for the day, so be aware.

What a cute new space! The interior feels cozy and yet modern italian restaurant. The service and the hostess was overall super kind and nice. The caesar salad is a really well made salad that is fresh and a good balance. The gnudi pomodoro is SO good. The sheep's milk ricotta is so rich and it makes me want to go back for so many bites. It's not a lot of "dumplings" and I wish I could just have 50 of them. The spicy vodka stuffed shells were also so good! Had the perfect amount of spice. The chicken parm was also very yummy and not oily at all. The Tiramisu was super yummy. I loved the affogato! It'd love to come back with a bigger group so that I can try more on the menu.

Dimmi Dimmi Corner Italian is the hottest new restaurant in Chicago for a reason! I want to start by saying that the restaurant and waiter were so kind and patient, as we waited for our whole party to show up. While the bartender was slow, the drinks (especially all the spritz's) were amazing and worth the wait. All the entrees were so perfect for sharing, however, I would recommend getting two pizzas. The thin crust makes you wanting and needing more! I think my favorite dishes were the stuffed shells and the dimmi salad. It was the perfect combo! The restaurant is smaller and quaint, and it is dark yet vibey. It's cozy in a good way, even during the day. We had the booth at the back of the restaurant and it was so perfect! Definitely the best seat in the house!

We sat in the patio since the weather has been working up, seated immediately with no wait time. Otherwise the dining room was booked. Only negative to siting outside was the waitress taking a while in between taking order, bringing out the food and ringing up the bill. Besides that, the food was spectacular! Loved the eggplant parmesan and vodka pizza especially. The tiramisu was moist and light, not overpowering at all. Will be coming back!

We came for brunch and it was amazing. There wasn't that many people and we were seated quickly. The ambiance and service was amazing. The food was delicious. The pizza was so thin and fresh. The Caesar salad was very unique with the big crotons. Lastly the espresso martini was mixed very well. I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great here. The waitress was very friendly and presented some highlights of the menu. Started with the buttermilk spring salad which was fresh, vibrant, and light but a bit salty. The chichen parm sandwich was delicious and surprisingly not heavy. The pesto and fresh cheese went really well with it. The eggplant caprese was a bit lighter and very flavorful as well. The chips were decent as they didn't have that heavy fried feel but also didn't have a ton of flavor. The tiramisu was excellent and probably one of the best I've had. Overall, Dimmi Dimmi is a refined restaurant with delicious and balanced flavors.

Stopped by on a nice sunny day and enjoyed the patio outside! Without a reservation, we luckily were able to get seated. I have heard great things about the rigatoni, and it certainly lived up to the hype! We also tried the pesto pizza and that was also a great bite (more of a flatbread) but very tasty! Overall, great dining experience and would come back.

So hard to get into this spot. We had a 10pm rezo and it was still packed. They have very little space so it was packed with people waiting up front. We got the pizza, mozz sticks, rigatoni, and the shells - all of which were delicious. The pizza and shells were a tad overpriced for their size. But everything was delicious. They were out of bread at night, which was unfortunate as we heard how delicious it was from others. Service was good

My friends and I really wanted to try this place but we couldn't get a reservation so we went right when they opened at 4pm on a Thursday and we were seated right away! The host and server both let us know that we had to finish by 5:30pm which was more than enough time for dinner! The restaurant itself felt very charming, especially with the dimmed lights. Our server could tell we did our research before coming here and was just as excited as we were to try this place. We started off with hazelnut espresso martinis which was amazing, the hint of hazelnut was perfect. For our appetizers, we tried the Caesar salad which was well-dressed and the croutons honestly made this dish, it was the perfect texture. We also got the mozzarella sticks which could've used a little more salt but nonetheless, it was still delicious. I was most excited for the vodka pizza which was very good, the tavern style crust was perfectly crispy and I really enjoyed the spicy pork sausage that was on every slice, it made it that much more flavorful. Lastly, we ended with the chicken parmesan, which was perfectly cooked, and the spicy vodka stuffed shells. The ricotta in the stuffed shells was light and fluffy and the pasta melted in your mouth. We didn't end up getting dessert cause we were so full but we will definitely be back to try more!

It's a reasonably-priced busy dive bar in the heart of Chicago. I asked the bartender if she had a beer + shot deal and she said "no, but you can order a beer and shot." And so we did! Noise level is fairly high, thanks to a lively crowd plus a jukebox. They don't normally serve food but I think are fine with customers bringing in your own food, and you can also place an order from a nearby restaurant (I don't recall which one). And yes, it's cash only so bring some money if you don't want to pay ATM fees! 4 out of 5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact. I like bars that allow customers to bring (or order) their own food - it allows for all diets! The one thing I'd like to see is more beer on tap - even just one good rotating local beer (e.g., Goose Island). Draft beer has smaller environmental footprints compared to bottled or canned.

After a quick ID check at the door, the bouncer let us know it's cash only (thankfully we came prepared). From the moment we walked in, dim lighting, loud music, and shoulder-to-shoulder crowds gave the vibe of a full-on frat party, but not in a bad way. It's chaotic, energetic, and unapologetically no-frills. There's even a self-serve cooler with drink prices clearly listed underneath. I grabbed a Sapporo Premium, brought it to the counter, and our friendly bartender broke our change and offered a chilled glass to pour it into. Simple and efficient. That said, it was loud, so loud that even whispering-distance conversations were a struggle. The space is small, seating is limited, and since we couldn't snag a spot, we ended up leaving shortly after finishing our drinks. This feels like a better weekday hang than a packed weekend night. Still, if you're looking for a classic, gritty, no-frills dive experience, Rossi's delivers exactly that.

Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for a great dinner, the atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit. The service was phenomenal. Our server checked in frequently without ever feeling intrusive, and we always felt taken care of. That level of attentiveness really elevated the entire experience. The drinks were outstanding. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the most unique versions I've ever had. Smoky, strong, flavorful, and incredibly well-balanced. If you're a cocktail lover, don't skip the drinks. We started with the Little Gem salad, which was fresh, tangy, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. Light, refreshing, and packed with flavor. For mains, we tried both the steak sandwich and the chicken sandwich. Both were fantastic--crispy, flavorful, served on great bread, and paired with delicious sides. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either. But the real star of the evening? The Sweet Corn Agnolotti. My. God. This dish completely stole the show. It was one of the most unique pasta dishes I've ever tasted, and I still think about it to this day. The flavor profile was complex, creative, and unlike anything I've had before. Every bite brought something new, and it absolutely blew our minds. Amazing food, incredible cocktails, attentive service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We told her we were about to leave anyway, but the way it was handled felt really abrupt and rude. What made it worse was that she immediately brought a group over to take our table, and even they were apologizing to us because they seemed uncomfortable with how it was handled. I've worked in bars and restaurants myself, so I completely understand needing to manage space, but there's a way to do it respectfully, and this wasn't it.
