We were all so very thankful to have them work with us. With Mom, we had a small viewing immediately after she passed. She looked beautiful and peaceful. The funeral home was comfortable and everyone was so very polite and kind. With Dad, we had them pick him up at the house. Because he was a vet, they draped him in an American flag cover and politely waited for us to be ready for them to take him away. Both parents were cremated. Every detail from initial contact until passing the ashes back to us was handled professionally with deep understanding of what we were going through and how hard it is to lose a loved one, not to mention two so close together.
