The sales person (also the owner) came out and took a few measurements and asked us a few questions. He was both super friendly and professional. A few days later a technician came out to install the door. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and neat. Within a few hours everything was complete and looking great. We couldn't have asked for better service or nicer people to deal with. We've referred family and friends and all have had similar experiences. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

The unit needed to be unplugged and plugged back in (found this in a googe search). It's shamful a company like this preys on uninformed consumers.
