I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

For the engagement shoot, we got the whole package here and are very pleased with how the photos turned out. We are also going with Rahel for our wedding - hair & makeup and renting a dress/tuxedo.

She altered my wedding dress for $100 and she altered my mom's mother of the bride dress for $75. Shes very affordable and does a good job! They also sell other party stuff like envelope boxes, purses and floral crowns. I got my daughter's floral crown for $20 there. I would definitely recommend her if you want affordable alternations. However, since I have big & heavy breast I wish she would of put cups in my dress. She said with boob tape my mom will be more elevated but i needed a little more support.

I wasn't entirely happy with the alterations made to my dress between the first and second fittings…read more(felt too tight around the thighs, felt like I couldn't sit comfortably etc) and I was told "that's just the fit of the dress you have to get used to it." I felt like I was being gaslit and made sure to bring a friend to my final appointment to make sure the dress was perfect and that I wouldn't be bullied into a dress i felt uncomfortable in. The dress ended up looking and feeling good, but on the actual wedding day when tying my bustle the straps broke, which meant the train had to stay long. Ended up needing to change into a different dress (not a planned second look) because I couldn't dance with the bustle breaking. Overall would not recommend based on bedside manner and quality of alterations.

Today was our first fitting, we met with Amy she definitely knows her stuff and I'm so impressed with her knowledge of everything in her store. Honestly, we drove 45 minutes to go to this boutique after having terrible experiences elsewhere, and our experience was wonderful. We walked in there were wall-to-wall dresses, a variety from plain to simple to glittery to fancy. My daughter had a dress in mine, but had no idea if that dress actually existed. The owner and Girls were extremely tentative, nice and knowledgeable, which made this incredible exciting and stressful experience, easy-going and relaxed. The owner was so kind and friendly to us and took her time to make sure that we had the right dress. They originally said they could clean a 1/16 inch coffee stain. Then they informed my husband that damage occurred due to 'moths' . They said they could attempt to fix it or return it. They have had my item over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting....please respond, resolve and return my sweater immediately!!! Fixed or damaged at this point!!! 3pm approx same day. Spoke with the very cagey owner who likes to record messages, I suppose to 'save' being sued. By the way, I did not give permission to record our conversation. After 30 years in the Fashion Insustry and the ability to sew couture... yes ...I won my Green Card on being exceptionally talented in this field, I think , I'm more than qualified to say, I could have done the job myself, in a mili- fraction of the time. Let's see what I receive... when the owner decides to release my Sweater-in-captive! Now may I add, if the owner does not wish to send back my item because my husband brought the item in, what does that say about discrimination? The previous evening I'd finally received my bridesmaid dress only to find that it was way, WAY too big for me -- like, comically large. Lena at Pamper was recommended to me by a friend & I arrived the following afternoon in a panic, certain that the dress was unsalvageable in the time frame & that I'd have to bow out of the bridal party. Turns out my terror wasn't necessary! Lena warmly scolded me for getting myself into such a pickle before pinning & marking the dress. I returned some days later to try it on & could not believe it! The dress felt great on & I felt beautiful, & layers upon layers of delicate fabric had been expertly snipped, tucked, shortened, & sewn. After a couple more tweaks, I was able to pick up the dress the day before leaving for the wedding & support my girl as she walked down the aisle. Thank you so much, Lena!
