First thing I asked was how long it would take if I dropped off the pieces, which he said it could take over a month. No issues on that given the summer time. Then I proceeded to ask for an estimate on the pieces, to which he seemed insulted and scolded me for even asking a simple question. He said if I was worried about the prices I should go to a dry-cleaners because it seemed I lacked interest in good service. He continued with a rude demeanor, to which I thanked him for his valuable time. Please explain how asking for an estimate is not something a customer should do? The only reason I asked was due to negative reviews others left on his upcharges. Never had an issue with a distinguished tailors asking them their prices, even in Europe they are not this rude. Place is located right next to Walgreens in the shopping center down by the train, so it's easy to miss. Service inside was very friendly and they were very on top of everything. Got a shirt and suit dry cleaned. Price for both was ~$18, which is a bit pricey but everything came out good. Given previous experiences I've had with cleaners, and the level of service, I'll take it. They also have tailoring and pickup/delivery, both of which I will probably use at some point.
