I needed these pants for a friend's wedding so I called in advance to make sure the turnaround time was reasonable. I was assured it would be no problem if I came in that day. Upon arriving, Mary and Patty were quick to take me back, do measurements, hand me a ticket, and send me on my way. This mark didn't exists when I dropped off the dress. When the next day (48 hrs before wedding) it was still there, she stopped replying to my messages. The front of my strapless dress was lopsided becoz she had removed boning to create room around the back zipper, so much so that she offered putting pads to fill the giant gap between my chest and the front. She has no idea how to do French bustles and instead suggests inverted-cones by pulling the dress up and pinning on the outside. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Not to mention how she runs a sweat shop in her garage, working the seamstress on weekends and odd hours.
