My mom ordered one of the salads though, and honestly it looked better than my sandwich. It was loaded with fresh toppings, and she said the ranch was excellent. If I come back, I'd probably skip the sandwich altogether and give one of the salads a try. Overall, I can definitely appreciate what they're going for. The prices are fantastic, honestly unheard of in present day, and that's the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3. I've had plenty of restaurant experiences where the food was less than par, but what struck me was the lack of follow-through by our server or anyone else. They just said "oh, I'm sorry" and took the food away. I was surprised at the lack of problem solving such as "can we remake the burger for you with a few changes?" Or "what can we do to make a new burger what you were wanting?" At least a manager to come say, "I'm sorry your orders weren't to your liking, is there anything we can do for you to make it right?" If management reads this review, please remind your daytime staff that presentation (even for kitchen staff serving the orders), food quality, professionalism, problem solving, and customer service matter.
