This is my little brother wearing his hat Backwards

The food is awsome. My little brother Decided he wated cheese amd they sent out a single slice ON THE TRAIN making the whole experince better the service was also great and they also gave me a hat. Not to mention they have a train you can sit in well you wait for a table, uping the Ambiance.

Such a fun family spot! Food comes fast, prices are cheap, and built in entertainment with the trains constantly moving. The expectation isn't to get world class food at a place like this, but the burger and fries are solid. Get there early! We went at 10:30am on a weekday over Christmas break, and it was already close to full by 11am.

This place is definitely for the kids and not the food quality. My 3 year old usually struggles really bad with sitting down to eat at a restaurant and we generally have to find places with patios and walk him around while we try to eat but he was so entertained by the trains etc it was actually enjoyable. He also has severe food aversions and ate their fries! We were super excited and happy about that. He had a blast and that's all we wanted

We traveled to KC to see a Savannah Bananas game last month and we wanted to grab dinner here beforehand and this place looked really fun. We got there and were seated immediately, which blew our minds because it was packed and it looked like they were full BUT they had one table available. You place your order through the phone, which is a nice touch. They should have a sign that says once you pick up the phone, it's going to take a bit for someone to answer. After we picked up the phone, it took a few minutes for someone to answer. Not a big deal, but we didn't know if the phone was even working. The food is priced really well. My double cheeseburger was under $7. It was good. I wasn't a fan of their style of chili as it reminded me of a cup of taco meat. My friend that I was with liked it though. The best part of this place was the train delivering our food. the kids absolutely loved it and it was cool to see. All in all, not sure if we'll go back as it seems it's kind of like a single-experience thing, but it was pretty cool.

A hit with the little ones, especially our train lover! The food is delivered by trains that run along the ceiling above every table. Additionally, you use a phone at the table to order. The food itself is average. Not AMAZING but not bad. I got the Freddie Burger and it was pretty good! However it was very mustard-y, so be warned if you don't like mustard. Overall a very cool restaurant to visit, especially if you have littles. In the end you're pretty much paying for the experience rather, but it is worth it!

This place is a fun concept and train lovers will enjoy! My children loved watching the food being delivered by train and all the decorations around the restaurant. Overall the food was good, what you would expect basic burgers, hot dogs etc. the standout for us was the Tater Ties. It was difficult to order on the phone system, it could definitely use some updating. It was very hard to hear the person on the other line and some of our order was wrong because we couldn't hear each other.

Super fun restaurant. You aren't coming for the food, you come for the train! For as slammed as it was all the staff we encountered were friendly. We weren't mad at our burgers, but we agreed we've had better. Tater ties, which are just long tater tots, were the star of the show. Both of our meals were less than $15, not bad for a touristy place. Word of advice: pay attention when checking out. Their system of typing the total into the payment device can have mishaps - my friend was originally charged for $114, not $14! They were able to quickly solve it and undo the transaction, but with how quick they did it, makes me feel like it may be a regular occurrence...

You are definitely coming for the experience, not the food. Kids love the train-delivery and the decor. I ordered a salad and, I get it, that's not their thing, but what I got was so brown and wilty I am surprised they made the choice to serve it.

Super fun atmosphere for a toddler. We got there right at opening thank heavens cuz I guarantee the bad reviews (without reading them) are tied to how crazy busy it was by the time we left. (Not staffed appropriately from the looks of the lines yet empty tables). Thought the prices were excellent the experience was worth the hype and the onion rings were DELICIOUS. I ordered a taco burger (do not recommend I think I misunderstood what it was) but toddler and husband enjoyed their food and we were in and out quickly and at a price we couldn't argue with. Definitely recommend for a fun family experience.

I was expecting a little more for how long the wait is for this place every time. The service was lousy and we had someone very rude when I placed our order. Not to mention you can hardly hear them talk over the phone you have to order from(no server). Then someone came over to give us drinks and you could tell was just over it. The food was alright for how cheap it is! We got a burger for less than $6. Kids meals are $8 and they come with side, drink, and a train hat! Which was part of the train experience. The train above your head comes around and brings your food to your table once it's ready, which is the fun part for the kiddos! They also had cute little train scenes all around that you could look at while eating. It is always super packed so it makes it quite loud and hard to have a conversation, or make your order. Overall, it's fun place to go with the kids maybe once. Once you've been you probably won't want to go back though.

There's plenty of space for a few people to move around. They do have a large deli counter and a few coolers full of goodness. Service is always excellent. They are always helpful and can even offer suggestions if you don't know what to make with what. One of my go-tos are any one of their sausages. They have traditional ones plus a few fun ones. And if you watch their social media, they'll usually tell you when they have a limited addition one. The Rieger whiskey and apple sausage is one of my favorites. They also have a chicken curry sausage, which is excellent and has so much curry flavor. On my last visit I noticed that they have mac & cheese that you can take to go. They have a few different varieties, but I went with one with bacon because their bacon is always fantastic. It was a really good side. I slapped it on the grill to warm it up and it was delicious. Highly recommend. If you are in the city market area definitely stop in and check out what they have.

And I'm so excited because what goes better with a beer than a burger? My answer is pretty much nothing and thank goodness Burn Theory has got you covered. The special of the evening was a kimchi smash burger. One thing about me is I love anything fermented so, kimchi is one of my favorite things. Surprisingly I had never had it as a burger condiment before so, I was ready to try something fresh and new. It didn't disappoint! It was delicious. The smash burger patty was juicy and had lacey edges just like a proper smasher should, sometimes certain places forget the importance of those crispy edges. Not here! The kimchi wasn't an afterthought at all, it was more than a condiment slapped on top of the burger instead it was piled high and added just the right amount of zippy slightly spicy flavor. The cheese oozed out of the burger and melded with the lacey edges to create an impeccable bite, I'm still thinking of it a week later. I can't wait to try more burger renditions on the menu because this one definitely got high marks. There are other things on the menu as well if a burger isn't your speed but don't expect anything too fancy this is bussin' bar food that pairs exceptionally with a brew.
