On July 7, I went there for Chicken Plate and didn't realize I got over charges; the price is about $13 and my CC statement shows $27.79!!! I didn't recognize the amount when I had to approve the charge as it how I always did at this place. So part of this is my mistake I guess by not carefully look at the final charge on the machine. However how come someone at the restaurant would have made such as HUGE mistake on the amount to begin with!!!! I did call and ask if something could be done. They said it was three ago and told me I am the one that approved the charge so nothing they can do about it high and dry. So be aware of how these guys are doing business or make sure you catch a mistake. If I am in their shoes I would have offered the customer something.
