I honestly adore the interior just covered in plants and greenery; such an inviting little space. There was a line when we entered but it moved pretty quickly which was nice. The menu was so so so tempting and honestly, I wanted a breakfast burrito but knew there was no way I'd be able to finish it before we hiked so I went with a breakfast sandwich instead. I love the plethora of options they have for vegans/vegetarians and omnivores alike. I got my sandwich with egg, vegan sausage, cilantro aioli, and avocado - I was initially worried the aioli wouldn't be strong enough or flavorful enough but it was perfect. A very good breakfast sandwich, filling too! You can also get it on an english muffin or on ciabatta which is a nice swap depending on your mood. My friends tried the breakfast burritos, loved them but agreed portions were very generous. We also grabbed a couple scones -- the lemon poppyseed and the marionberry. They were the size of my head but I definitely get the hype around the marionberry scones; would inhale one daily if I could :P Coffee was good and sadly they were out of matcha the day we went so I guuuess we just have to go back to get it! By itself, stuffed with eggs, peppers, crema, sausage, potatos, and cheese, it was a hearty and tasty breakfast. With the addition of the salsas, it was a revelation. I got both the red and green and mixed them. Absolutely delicious. My first time there I also got a marionberry scone which was huge and really tasty. Staff were very nice and the whole vibe of the place just seemed right. I definitely wish I had a place like this back in Nevada.

The house flight came with a panela latte, cafe de olla latte, bumblebee latte, and sweet cloud cold brew. For the flight, I ordered the bumblebee latte without lavender since I am not a fan of lavender. I loved each coffee in the flight. The sweet cloud was a dulce de leche cream and it was very thick and delicious. I ended up ordering a 12 ounce cafe de olla latte because it was my favorite coffee in the flight. I loved the sweetness of the panela syrup and cinnamon. I also tried the marionberry pull apart croissant and it was served warm. It was also delicious! The employees were very friendly! The coffee shop vibe is very simple and quiet. Overall, we loved our coffees and pastry at ThreeSixty Coffee! We already want to go back for some more coffee!

There are plenty of tables of different sizes and seating for anything you need while staying at the cafe. I saw they had a seasonal flight and a coffee flight. Decided on the seasonal flight which is a collection of their seasonal drinks. Mine had 2 coffees and 2 matcha lattes: Creamsicle, Coconut Dream, Berry Delicious Matcha and Mango Breeze Matcha. Was also informed that I can switch out a matcha for another seasonal drink on the menu which was a passion fruit agua fresca or vice versa. My 2 favorite drinks from the flight were the Creamsicle and Mango Breeze Matcha. The Creamsicle was perfect, not too sweet. Subtle orange flavors with vanilla. You'd think this would be a very sweet latte but it actually wasn't. The coconut dream wasn't over the top sweet either but I'm not much of a coconut person. The mango breeze matcha was refreshing and I can imagine enjoying it on a hot day. Probably my least favorite was the berry delicious matcha. It felt overly jammy and much too sweet for my liking. I have to give major thanks to the employees who answered all my questions and were so patient with me and my friends since we were quite indecisive on what to get. It looks like they're known for their panela latte which sounded interesting as well. I didn't want to be overly caffeinated but would have tried their house flight if I had a longer stay which includes the panela latte.

It was actually busier than I thought it would be mid-week. They have a variety of seating available, from couches, to high and normal height tables, to swings in the windows. Very cute! The lady at the counter was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered some hot and cold coffee beverages and crepes for breakfast. The drinks came quickly and the food didn't take long either!
