Disappointed. This…read morewas our first visit, and I was excited to take my child for a hitting evaluation scheduled for 1:00 PM. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited by the front desk, but no one was there. The employees were busy working with others, so we waited patiently until our scheduled time. However, 1:00 PM came and went, and no one assisted us or even acknowledged we were there. Finally, my wife asked a staff member who had been walking past us multiple times to ask about our evaluation. The employee informed us it was by appointment only, which we already knew, and we explained we had a 1:00 PM appointment and had been waiting to check in. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the employee told us we shouldn't have been standing at the front and should have interrupted someone, even while they were working with others, to let them know we were there. He added, "How were we supposed to know you had an appointment?" and said he'd get someone for the evaluation. At that point, we decided to leave. The way we were treated made it clear they didn't value our time or business. It was a frustrating experience, and we won't be returning.
