We needed a large order of pizzas to celebrate the family business being opened for 49 years. The staff wanted pizza and a variety of them. Jet's staff were extremely accommodating in placing the order. They also made sure that it was ready ON TIME for an 11AM PICK UP! Because they OPENED AT 11, I'd made certain to meet with them in person to cover any concerns, questions or conflicts in preparation in order to keep our employees happy. The staff had everything ready, were professional and ALL of the pizzas were DELICIOUS! Everyone helped themselves to SECONDS and even asked if they could take home the few leftovers that remained! IF you're curious, we had the Jet 10 (hand tossed), the Veggie (thin), BBQ Chicken (Detroit style 8 corners) and specialty toppings pizzas. Even though they deliver, we didn't want them to start their day with needing extra staffing (above and beyond what was already needed) in order to fulfill this early, large, special order. We hosted some friends from out of town and wanted to get some local pizza so we ordered from Jets! The pizza was amazing. We had the deep dish and the regular crust and they both were very good. This was probably one of the best take out pizzas I've had in a while. I definitely recommend ordering from Jets! Haven't been in a while and he felt a hankering for it. We drove up and ordered. Sad panda they discontinued spinach. Who does that? Had to substitute with green peppers. But it didn't taste the same. Ordered a small salad too. Make sure to remember your order as the server who gives you the pizza might be different from the one who takes it. Luckily he remembered the salad and asked for it. Otherwise we'd have driven off without it. Restroom lock out of order so using it would be better with a lookout. The wait wasn't bad for the pizza. I don't like their pizza as much anymore as by the time we drove home, the cheese was rubbery and one piece. And the green peppers not as good as spinach. Not sure if we'd order again. I was in Denver visiting a friend of mine who was sick. She's originally from Buffalo and she was complaining that she couldn't get any decent Pizza. I stopped in here one night the grab something quick and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a New York style thin crust pizza. I did not try that because I'm from Buffalo and that's not what I'm used to LOL. I ordered the hand tossed pizza and it was very reminiscent of home. Good pizza at a decent price. I was so impressed that I went back to get a gift certificate for my friend and her family. I grabbed a slice while I was there. Jets has really good pizza. They offer many styles including a delicious deep dish. Jets allows you to customize the crust with different styles such as sesame, butter, Cajun, turbo (with cheese and butter). I've mostly ordered the deep dish options and did try the thin crust which I also like a lot. The customer service is good. The reason for four stars is that the price point is well above other take out pizza places. For 2 8 square pizzas, boneless wings and a few sides of ranch (extra cost) the total with tax and tip was $75. It's tasty but that's expensive pizza. I proper thin crunchy crust is hard to find. My boyfriend calls it Cracker Crust. I had never been there but he assured me that I NEEDED to give this place a try. It was good, certainly thin and crunchy crust. Order was ready in about the time it took me to dive the few miles there to get it. We do pick up as opposed to using the "services" who charge places to deliver their food. The sauce was good, there was an ample amount of cheese and pepperoni. They cut it into squares with this type of crust but it's a round pie. It was a bit on the pricey side but the young lady we ordered from located a coupon and applied it when we called in to order. These folks are just terrible to deal with. I ordered a pizza for pick up and when I got home I found it was the wrong pizza. I called them to tell them and they basically said I was lying. After a few min they "believed" me. They said they could credit my account but I paid cash. So I had them remake it and I drove back. I talked to a lady there that claimed to be the manager and she said she was sorry and I told her accusing your customer of lying is not a good policy. I returned the wrong pizza. She said she would credit my account for the trouble and I left with. I then realized that I paid cash and wondered how they would credit me. I called and asked about it and I was told she wasn't the manager and that I got my pizza and that's that. So not only did they accuse me of lying, they lied to me several times... So I ordered DoorDash and it arrived in about 35 mins not too bad! I ordered a four corners pizza and a grilled chicken sub. I will say the sub arrived kinda cooled it wasn't a huge deal to me it was still good I just wish they had an option to add jalapeños lol. The pizza however was still hot. This was my first time ordering from Jets. The pizza was super good. The toppings had a slight char on them. The cheese to sauce ratio was good. The crust was really good too. It's unclear what happened but we had ordered a deep dish pizza and received a completely different non deep dish pizza. The pizza was just okay but lacked flavor, I'm not even sure which pizza we were eating but it had peppers and sausage. The regular crust was good and not soggy. There was a good amount of toppings. Solid and enjoyable pizza! We got a thin crust pizza- Italian Hero and added pepperoni and black olives and it was quite tasty! They also serve it with an Italian sauce on the side, and if you put some crushed red pepper and my hot sauce from Belize it was quite delicious. Crust was thin and crispy, loaded with meats and those additions were fantastic. If we order pizza again before we move in a month we will definitely come back to Jets! In Aurora on business. I had the thin crust pizza, which they cut in pie slices, but I thought for sure Chicago pub style would be cut in squares. No biggie, the crust was crisp and had a good flavor. I asked for extra sauce, which they did. You'd be surprised how many places seem to ignore the request for extra sauce. The sauce was on the sweeter side, not overly sweet, but I think it could use a little more Italian seasoning in it for depth of flavor. THE toppings were plentiful and fresh. Overall a very good pizza, but maybe a little on the higher priced side. If they're consistent with quality and don't stray from that the next time around, it's worth it! This was my first visit. Will have to try the deep dish next. AND I just read they are opening a store in Colorado Springs, which is where I live and am thrilled about! We are limited on pizza other than NY style, which is our least favorite. I wonder if the CS location will have indoor seating...can't wait to find out. read more

This was such a wonderfully amazing place! It's almost like a Midwest / east coast hidden gem that I never knew was here. They are open late, and everyone in there was so hard working, professional and nice. They have traditional Detroit style deep dish, which I have not ever been able to find here. Having the pizza box in the car was so tempting to have it on the way home. It was literally one of the best pizzas I have ever had. First I'd like to say thank you to the manager for honouring a free large pizza that I was told I could have through a yelp message over a year ago, after a bad experience attempting to order online. I was a bit taken back at first because she was a bit abrupt with me but it was a busy Friday evening so maybe my call was a little inconvenient. First off, I want to say I'm an avid Jet's pizza eater. Jet's reminds me of college and it's the best. The problem is with the follow through and customer service. I ordered at 5:21pm on a Friday and came to get my pizza 20 minutes later. I called three times for curbside delivery (Covid) and found out an hour later, after going into the building, that they had lost my order. They apologized and said they were making it and it would be out in 5 minutes. They continued to tell me it would be "5 minutes" so I waited. 30 minutes later, I had to go back inside. In the end it was almost TWO hours from when I had placed my order. I thought they'd attempt to do something to make it right, ie take some charges off my bill- but nope. Disappointed in the service, but alas, the pizza will be great. Update- I got home to realize I didn't even get the correct order! I ordered two 4 corner pizzas and ended up with one 4 corner pizza and one small deep dish pizza. I live for 4 corner pizzas... So disappointing. read more
