The guys at Cliff's were patient and helpful, and super-cheerful. The special order was ready right on schedule -- they do their own smoking -- and the quality of the items was outstanding, not just in my opinion, but also as reflected in the endless compliments made by my guests. The meat was not delivered like some sloppy product, but was beautifully produced, attractive, and easy to cut and serve. Perfect. The total cost was not simply reasonable -- for the quality and service, it was a steal.
