I was met with judgmental remarks from her, as if I don't already understand the situation. "I'm well aware", was my response to her rebuttals and out-of-line comments about our situation. Do better as a human, Cynthia. Do better as a person who needs to be trained and educated on proper phone etiquette, and again compassion, which was warranted, but not received, unfortunately. She ended up hanging up on me in a desperate attempt to get rid of me. Hanging up on a potential client is also not proper phone etiquette.
