I'd always seen it but had never been inside or used their services, despite being a AAA member for 18+ years. I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman at the entrance. He gave me the proper paperwork and told me how to fill it out. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was called back by Michelle to complete my transaction. She was very friendly and jovial as well. She completed my transaction quickly and efficiently and even offered to add my daughter to my account for free for a year. I was given a temporary card for her, and she informed me of all the benefits of their mobile app, so we will be downloading that as well! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes! The last couple of years I have had AAA has been a nightmare. I used their roadside services in…read more2025 when my car broke down in Malibu on the highway. They left me stranded for 3 1/2 hours and kept telling me they couldn't get ahold of the 3rd party towing company who still had no arrived. It then cost me $367 to have it towed (which is a whole other complaint since they started me over at the beginning 4 years ago because I was unable to renew my membership within 2 weeks of the due date) In 2024 it took over an hour and 1/2 for a drive to get to my location at a Target in the mall in Oxnard. He then told me he couldn't take my car since he was afraid if he put it on the tow bed it would cause damage. He left me at 7pm, in the winter and at night and didn't even bother to call AAA and tell them they needed to send someone else. I got a call the next morning at 3am from their dispatcher saying they had someone who could tow me. TOO LATE, I already was home and asleep. I have chosen not to renew my membership after being a loyal AAA member for over 16 years since the service has just gone completely down hill. They still keep calling me to renew and when I ask them what has changed in services for the better have been told nothing has, so I am not willing to give them my money for such bad service

Went in and I was helped out by the awesome kind girl. She gave me my registration within 10 minutes. Glad I didn't have to go to the DMV. You don't need to have insurance to come here I will be coming back. Highly recommend coming to just auto for your tags instead of being at the DMV for two hours.
