(I guess you get what you pay for) It was so difficult to get anyone on the phone or obtain any quotes online. It was starting to get very frustrating, but thankfully I came across Hee Lang with Farmers. Hee Lang got back to me right away and was so detailed and thorough with his follow ups. He really walked me through each policy helping me to understand exactly what each of the coverages meant. I was thankful that there are people out there who still value customer service. I switched my auto insurance because of their misleading information that would lower our rate with…read moreno accidents and if you don't report your mileage every year to them for an additional discount especially after retiring and not driving car as much they still would not honor a change in our rate. My husband is a Vet and we went to USAA, way better rate pay a lot less. But when I called them they took my info over phone rep told me I would have a prorated check mailed and asked for an email along with new declaration page from new auto insurance. Did all that now we got a letter from a collection agency named Brown & Joseph, LLC TELLING ME TO SEND SAME INFO they will have someone review it in her department then they will forward to Hartford and they will make the determination. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE A VERY GOOD DRIVING RECORD NO ACCIDENTS AND WHEN THEY TOLD ME WHAT YEARLY MILEAGE THEY HAD US DOWN FOR I MENTIONED THAT WAS WAY TO HIGH. They would not correct it. Had them for 7 years and got ripped off hundreds now we are saving $400.00 yearly These people need to be sued.

I cancelled my policy a month in advance, and they still wanted to charge me for another month afterwards. Are they that desperate for $267.00 dollars? I never used their services. They got free money from me for years. And they want more. Do not use The Hartford. You will regret it. Like I do.
