The sales deptartment kept close contact with me as I was given different dates on each item. Because of the delivery times and the time we live in right now, I decided to wait until all appliance were in then I had them installed except one. Installation went well. One item had many extented delivery date changing each month. I finally installed last item 1/3/22. Where I live, the receptionist told me they wouldn't be in my area until close to Christmas. I took the appointment. This is hard to decide how to rate and who's to blame and what happened to customer service?!? It started in a purchase of a Frigidaire ProLine gas range, Pro Line microwave and 28cuft Frigidaire Refrigerator. Then the delivery arrived; the refrigerator was damaged on both sides but for a slight monetary refund and that cabinet and wall hid them, we suckers accepted it! The microwave was so badly damaged we had them take it back after removing our functional microwave off the wall( we had them reinstall the old one until the new one arrived) the Range wouldn't go all the way back due to a plumbing cleanout. The installers refused to hook up the waterline to the ice maker and left it lying on the floor... They did not level either appliance, they did basic unpacking, they did not explain nor install the three supplied filters in the refrigerator and left! - 2 days later, while we waited for a plumber, we discovered that the water line left on the floor, had been leaking and now was under the wall and into the carpet and Pad! $7000 and an insurance claim all is well but wait!!?!? - we discover water dripping from inside of the refrigerator and a sheet of ice on the inside under bottom deli drawer! - many hours waiting on the phone with Frigidaire and finally a factory service rep only to have the refrigerator declared unrepairable!! Again we wait for Frigidaire to let us know something when in fact Direct Appliance had the info and never made one call! We called them and a week later refrigerator was replaced with same model. - The only good part of this story is the two Store delivery guys and how proficient, kind , understanding and knowledgeable they were! Stephen and Eli took time to do all they could to make sure we were happy! - We've never heard from the manager or sales person to see how things are or can they help! What if the refrigerator had broken down completely! We will not buy Frigidaire. It seems Customers are important until the sale is made then buyer beware! read more

I came to Direct Appliance because my builder recommended them. The employee's may seem nice there but trust me the minute you have an issue they hide behind each other. I purchase a sink from this place. I tried to return it due to my builder having this in my budget for the built. I went in on 2 different occasions and no one would give me an answer apparently the owners son was in Las Vegas and could not return calls. WHAT a way to run a business. They send back a poor sole to let me know that it was unreturnable. Now this is only 2 days from date of pick up. At that time I advised the gentleman that I would use the $850.00 towards the appliances that we needed and still they refused. I ended up purchasing over 30K in Luxury Appliances elsewhere. Two dishwasher deliveries -- two damaged dishwashers. I have been waiting three weeks for a Miele dishwasher that is IN STOCK. Problem is, there is no quality control and very little concern on the part of Direct Appliance. When the first dishwasher arrived damaged, we were put on a list for delivery over a week later. I called the store and requested that the next one be inspected at the warehouse so we could be assured of an undamaged product. That didn't happen. The box (like the first one) was opened in the driveway. There's a lot of sizzle and no steak with this store... no attempt to expedite delivery, no offer of some compensation for inconvenience, and no follow-through on assuring that the customer receives the product purchased in a timely manner. read more

Purchased a few items from this location washer dryer and a "Bosch" fridge" near $8,000 in total. We saw the fridge in black on the sales floor but the "sale" they had was only for the stainless steel witch worked for the colors in our kitchen. We recieved the fridge yesterday and the functionality isnt working with our kitchen. Both of the doors have to be open to use ANY of the drawers in it. Also you have to force the right side closed everytime. The door handle material is an unfinished steel with vertical lines that slice you if you run your hand down it. So we called to exchange modles or purchase a new brand/style or get store credit. They said "THEY DON'T DO RETURNS!!! We have only had the fridge one day and they consider it "used" and they are unable to resale "used" items. Horrible customer service after all this money spent and its kind of like entrapment. Well, apparently $500 only gets you just over a year's worth of productivity, and a bill for $600 if you want to go double or nothing. I started looking for a built-in oven/microwave combo over 5 years ago. I wanted one that would fit in my space perfectly and I wanted white. A few months ago I was ready to buy one and couldn't find anything in white. I finally called Direct Appliance and spoke to RJ who was very nice and very helpful. By the time I hung up I had an oven/microwave in white on order. Within 2 weeks it was installed and it looks beautiful! Please don't waste your time and money on GE washing machine repairs done by Direct Appliance. Three weeks since the original diagnostic appointment, 4 visits total, 2 technicians (both of whom promised each time that this time it was fixed), spent close to what I would pay for a brand new comparable washer trying to fix the same issue, and based on the conversation with the technician after the latest repair ZERO faith the original issue is fixed. I wish the original technician would have just been honest when I asked if I would be spending more time and money repairing the washing machine than it was worth at the very first appointment. read more

Called to get a quote to replace a built in microwave. I explained I needed it in a hurry to the sales person Chad and he ensured me it wouldn't be a problem. He scheduled guys to come out and measure. Two weeks later, they arrived and measured for 2 minutes. Their own staff asked me why I didn't just send them the dimensions of the cut out bc that was all they needed. I was billed $50 for the visit. 3 weeks past and I had not heard anything. I called and asked what the status was on my quote, they had no information for me and were rude, telling me to mellow out. After 5 wasted weeks and a $50 charged, I am still not any closer to getting my microwaved replaced. Avoid this place at all cost. They are incompetent. read more

Delivery of our new washer and dryer went very smooth. We were kept updated by text and email. When closer to the delivery date we received notice of a morning delivery. And on the day of delivery we received an update about 15 minutes before delivery. The two delivery guys were very courteous and professional. BUYER BEWARE I purchased a gas range from Direct appliance about nine months later i used the large rear gas burner for the first time and the range EXPLODES,yes you heard me correct EXPLODES while I was standing in front of it,no injuries but i was given one heck of a good scare. I called direct appliance for warranty repair , Direct appliance sent out a repair person who said he could not find a problem and reinstalled gas range back in to counter top and said go ahead and use the range he found nothing wrong with the unit . we asked what was the problem and why did it explode,Direct appliance did not know why , but go ahead and use the gas range!!! We asked to have range warrantied out for same style as we did not FEEL SAFE using this gas range, no upgrade. JUST THE SAME UNIT as we had and was also used exact gas range in there show room, also had many units in stock, I was told they found no leaks and they will not warranty a working gas range and to call manufacturer , i called manufacturer told my situation manufacturer which sent out a company called POPE'S appliance repair who found a gas leak in my main gas valve and also a warped gas range housing the was damaged from the blast !. POPE'S appliance repair ordered parts and installed them in a timely manor. i think what might of happened if i used my gas range and listened to direct appliance's repair person and gas range exploded again this time injuring one of my family or worse. Even though I went with out a range for over 3 months waiting on repair / second repair company was well worth it! nobody was injured. direct appliance had the worst costumer service i have ever experienced in my life , safety first over profit and my safety was not even considered . shame on you read more

We were struggling trying major appliance stores like Lowes and Home Depot for a fast dryer, but neither had any in stock nor would they do the installation on our house. We were able to find at Direct Appliance a gas dryer in store with matching washer for several hundred less than major stores and there was no issue with delivery and install. I purchased a Bosch counter depth refrigerator and the hinges won't allow for the refrigerator to be pushed all of the way against the counter because the doors won't open. Contacted Direct Appliance right away and no returns and this is your problem. This CAN'T be the first time they have had this complaint. It would have been nice if the salesperson would have said. Hey this counter depth fridge can't be pushed all the way in or the doors won't open. I might as well of made my purchase from the big box stores. The customer service from Bosch was even worse. My only option is to take a loss on the refrigerator and sell to someone used on line and purchase another brand from a reputable company. read more

It truly is sad that I was sold on customer service and how great it was only to find out that this clearly is t the case the owner Chris was incredibly rude when dealing with me. So I did a remodel myself and thought I was ready for appliances they had scheduled two delivery dates for me due to the fact that my fridge was still not in. They began install and didn't have the right parts so I ran to Lowe's to get those for the installers, they then didn't have the correct gas adapter so I had to run and get them that. At this point I was frustrated I spent so much money for this and it was not a professional install. I called and explained what was going on with Chris and as soon as I said my counter tops were not in he immediately said well "now I'm gonna have to charge you because you don't have a contractor and are not ready" mind you this was never communicated to me that counter tops had to be in for install. So I rushed to get them installed the next week only to have him say now there is a delivery fee!!! Even though he was already coming out to install fridge and still no appliance was fully installed due to there installers not having correct tools. Chris then refused to speak to me and and said I can deal with Brandon another manager. Super unprofessional! Do not deal with Chris the guy is not customer service oriented and will not claim anything. Here is the kicker he kept explaining how these are high end installers....so my second delivery and install came and guess what they didn't have any anchors for the wall they were just going to have two screws hold my entire hood system smh!!! I said I don't think that's correct he explained they didn't have anchors and I can just slide those in when I get them. Wowwww I gave him my wall anchors he broke one and used one. Proceeded to mount the hood with one anchor(I know because I watched on camera the whole thing) I then came down and checked the screw it was just slid in and he said huh that's weird I thought it but onto something. So guess what he had to go to Lowe's to get more wall anchors. When I tried explaining this to Chris after he told me how great these installers are and they are not cheap he kept changing the subject and didn't acknowledge what I had to say it was very frustrating it was his way or the highway. Sad part is the guys up front (RJ) was super helpful and knowledgeable but like most issues go to management and this management team at least Chris is pathetic. I have never written a review like this but the people need to know that the owner Chris is a lose lose situation if you deal with him. read more
