AAA Service Experience I wanted to share my recent…read moreexperience with AAA because I'm pretty frustrated with how things were handled. When I set up service, it looks like my address was automatically pulled into their system incorrectly without me even confirming it. The wrong address was entered, and I only found out when I had to call customer service to correct it. I contacted AAA and specifically told them the address on file was wrong and needed to be updated. The representative said she fixed it, but that never actually happened. When I was later contacted, they still had the old incorrect address. So clearly, the update was never properly entered into the system or communicated. That means I was basically told it was handled when it wasn't. On top of that, I'm really tired of the constant reliance on text messages. Not everyone uses a cell phone as their primary contact--some people still rely on a home phone. There should be a better system in place, like giving customers clear options: If you use a cell phone, you can get texts and updates If you use a landline or home phone, there should be a different method or direct call option Right now, it feels like the system assumes everyone uses a smartphone, which isn't realistic for all customers. Also, the timing communication needs improvement. I was told they would arrive within a certain timeframe, but they were about 30 minutes late without proper update or notice. If there's going to be a delay, customers should be informed in real time instead of being left waiting. Overall, AAA really needs to improve: Address updating accuracy Internal communication between customer service and dispatch Flexibility in communication methods And honesty with arrival time estimates I expected more reliability and professionalism, but this experience fell short.

I would give of a negative stars if I could. Even refused to pay for the new inspection needed since they dropped the ball and there was a lapse in coverage. Not to mention, I was going to have to pay more now because of a lapse in coverage. Do not use.

However, once we started to reup the insurance everything went down hill. My agent Addison is no longer an employee at this location, and boy do they miss her. She was fantastic and very proactive. I received a return call from Janean after leaving a couple of messages requesting electronic documents, I am legally blind. In fact, the wait for the docs were part of the reason we missed the deadline. It seemed all was going to work out when she left me a message that the docs had been emailed and ready for docusign. They never showed up. I left many messages over a couple of days asking her to resend them and leaving email addresses to make sure she had them correct. After I did not receive anything by phone or email, I tried calling a few more times. I finally chose a different prompt and Jeramiah answered the phone. He informed me that they were very busy due to the holiday weekend, which I understand. I mentioned to him I just needed to know if they can find coverage or if I need to look for a different agent. He then told me that if I do not hear from her by the end of the day, I should look for a new agency. I said really? I have been a customer of yours since around 1995, and he said Thank you have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. Needless to say I switched to a new agency that also saved me $500 for my homeowners from the quote Condon-Meek gave me. I do not know what has changed over there, but I have recommended many people to this group, and I will now do the opposite. Oh, and an entire week later I still have not received a call from anyone at Condon Meek Insurance. If a 0 was possible I would have given them a 0. If they treat their long term customers like this, how will they treat new ones.

Who was sweet, kind, and compassionate. Which is what I really needed today. She ended up giving me a quote of $725 for 6 months. I definitely felt like I won the lotto. Between talking to Sandra. And getting this AWESOME quote. I will end up saving $254. The whole experience with her and saving almost $300. It definitely turned my frown upside down. That's my address, routing, account number, and signature. That's pretty bad! I did not consider dropping the bank at that time, but yesterday I received another "breach notice" and the hackers now have my DOB, SSN, Name and phone number. I work very hard at keeping my personal data out of the hands of people who would victimize me online, and my bank has just given it away for free. Please fully expect a reply to this review that 1) The bank cares so deeply about me and my data, 2) The bank offered me a complimentary credit-watching service that I would never have needed had they protected their servers. I am a computer programmer, and I suspect that the IT wing of this bank is reactive and not proactive. So I will open another account somewhere else. I simply can't afford this bank. Probably there is a guy in a high-rise saying that he did everything he could to prevent the breach, and he didn't. He's not qualified. He has the job because of his uncle, or grandpa or whatever.
