Now all my kids have their auto insurance plans through Heather and she has been absolutely wonderful. I can call her or one of her associates and get quick and thorough answers. The person at the front desk asked to see my document then handed it back to me and asked me to wait. The place is neat and looks clean. I waited maybe like 10 min to be called to the back (i arrived early). I went to the back and handed the person my passport. She then finger printed me and took the payment. I received an email from no-reply@universalenroll.identogo.com confirming receipt of payment ($85). You then receive an email of the status and letting you know if you were approved.
