Now all my kids have their auto insurance plans through Heather and she has been absolutely wonderful. I can call her or one of her associates and get quick and thorough answers. Well the Rep did not get the manager, manager never called me back, did not turn off auto pay, I got charged and now one of my accounts is screwed. The scam is " we can't find you in the nationwide system . Oh but I can get you everything in your e mail for $207 today, that's a great rate. " Ray Ray thinking on the inside - Moron, that's my membership e mail( nationwide coverage). I have coverage already; it is prepaid. He added an additional discount and got really desperate.
