I had to read through the reviews to see if it was just me and it looks like a mixed bag of good and bad experience for less then 10 people. I thought ok so we already know fake reviews are easy to produce by in-house personnel and easy to spot when the reviewers only have 0 friends. But there were good and bad reviews. So it's going to be telling you how I feel too. We've been here five times. Three for me and twice for my daughter and wife. Two of my waits were over two hours. Then the wait in the room another 25 minutes. Only one semi fast wait time of about 25 minutes. My daughter and wife waited an hour and a half. And today the appointment was at 3:30 and my daughter didn't get called in till 5:30. It's 5:53 and I'm writing this review. I expect to wait a little but not every time!!! And this long. At times there is no staff at the front desk for 20 minutes at a time. Often they are standing around talking about entertainment and jibber jabber. They are not alway that nice I say average personalities and I always hear the excuses like just a second ago to mr Rivera saying "they are cleaning a room for you.., I don't know what going on its been crazy lately ". Really seems crazy every time. Not 88 bucks for two fillings. Hmmm I don't know what the standard cost is. I think I'm disappointed. read more

Dr Winston is the best!!! I have gone to him for several years!! Very quick super nice!!! I can't say enough great things

I will never go back here. The dentist are not helpful, or friendly. During one visit I was injected THREE times in an attempt to numb me and I could still feel the drilling. Since it was was getting late the dentist said I would have to reschedule. I went home partially numb for over 4 hours....for nothing! The girl @ the front desk that does the billing is rude and unfriendly. I had a root canal done there and I chose not to have the "upgraded" porcelain crown done (it cost an additional $400) when I informed the billing girl she gave me a look of disgust for choosing the cheaper less attractive version (keep in mind the crown was for my very last molar in the back). I have been there a handful of times and not once have I felt welcome or like the staff has any concern for my dental issues. They are very much just going through the motions and it really does feel like all they want is your money. The last time I went there I had horrible jaw pain and after looking in my mouth for less than 3 minutes (no x-rays were taken) the dentist referred me to a specialist and sent me on my way. I received no additional information from him or any prescription for pain. I literally left in tears. I wonder how much my insurance was charged for such a joke of a visit? Don't go here if you expect friendly service or help/caring from the staff. You will be wasting your time and possibly leave in the same pain you went there with like me. read more

Okay for starters, as i walk inside the AC felt amazing ! I was able to sit comfortably and cool. The staff was not only polite but they had such a warming welcome and great conversation. As Dr. Danny began to work on my teeth he was not only gentle and i didnt feel a thing! But comforting very attentive to my questions and concerns. This is definitly my favorite dental office. I've been coming to this dentist for about 5 years. The DDS themselves are great. They do a good job and explain everything well. However, the office staff are incompetent!! I asked for a detailed bill of my treatments a month ago and still don't have it. They don't return phone calls, EVER!! They always make excuses, it's very unprofessional. read more

I was in need of 3 root canals, so I searched online for an affordable dentist and found Muditajaya Dental. This dental office offered me the best price so I scheduled an appointment. On day 1, my plan was to visually inspect the place and leave at the first sight or feel of any "funny business". I must say, this place looks clean, the equipment seems new, the building has a modern look, and the staff is friendly. I went in for a Orthodontist consult for my son and was greeted by front desk with a smile. The office itself is very clean and the staff very professional. The office manager Jeannette helped me with any questions I had and was very prompt. I have been to several dentist offices and this one was quick and easy. The Dentist/Orthodontist who saw my son was polite and informative, not pushy at all. I will be taking my son to Direct Dental for braces, no doubt about it. read more

I've been coming to this office for over 8 years and I've always been happy with the service I receive. My prior dental office was notorious for over charging for unnecessary services. This is not something I've ever experienced at Direct Dental. They are always honest with me and the dental care I need. My son has also been seen here. He is always a little nervous when being seen. Our first time visiting this office for an orthodontist consultation and the staff were very friendly and the consultation went well. The office is busy but still the staff managed to keep the facility clean and be very inviting. We will be getting our sons braces done at this office. Another plus is that after going to 3 consultation, this place gave us the best price and the best explanation in detail of why our son needs braces and the steps that will be taken to correct his teeth. read more

I would not recommend anyone to use their service. You will be making an appointment and see that the lobby is full and you are not seeing on your scheduled time. UNDEPENDABLE, UNRELIABLE, & POOR SERVICE: I moved to this area and decided to try this dental clinic for a change, also, it is near my home and an affiliate of my dental insurance. I haven't been to this dental clinic due to the COVID-19 issue. I have a tooth that requires filling and causing me pain. Since this is my chosen dental clinic, I called for help on Monday, May 11th. I was able to speak to a person named Jeanette, whom she said, she's the Regional Manager. She told me that the clinic is closed and no doctors/dentist will be available as well as no root canals, no drilling, etc.. will be done, which I completely understand, but she asked me to take pictures of my tooth then text it to her office so she can send them to the associates to look at. She told me that associates will be in the office on Friday, May 15, and and the associate will call me on the cell# that I provided on Friday, May 15, to see what they can do to help, if I need to take antibiotics and/or pain reliever, which I agreed and confirmed the phone call scheduled on Friday, May 15. I told her that I understand that there are no doctors and the clinic is closed and that I will call my insurance to find out if there are other clinics open to accommodate my situation. I sent pictures of my tooth to her per her instruction on May 12. On her reply to my messages, she keeps telling me multiple times to go to the ER closest to me if I am in pain, that office is closed and that there are no doctors available due to CDC guidelines for COVID-19 situation, which I am fully aware of. All I need to know is that for her to confirm receipt of the pictures of my tooth (which she's the one who requested for them in the first place), to confirm that the associates will look and review the pictures, that the associate will call me on Friday, May 15, and let me know what they can do to help given the circumstance. I am sure that there is a better end result to this and a proper way to handle customers/patients. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this dental office. My problems started last year my employer changed my dental insurance to an HMO. I was initially assigned to a different office, but was quoted needing $10,000 of work. I decided to try a different office and found Muditajaya Dental, now known as Direct Dental and found the office to be clean and modern. The staff is well informed of insurance plans and is helpful. The doctors are gental and very capable (not some foreign trained dentist that only take HMO's). But most importantly they actually have reasonable fees! I'm thoroughly impressed! read more

I have been going to see Dr Hwang for the last three years. I have had 4 family dentists in the past due to moving and Dr Hwang is definitely my favorite because he is gentle and easy to be around. I also have a 9 year old daughter and I wouldn't take her to anyone else besides Dr Hwang. He did a root canal on me and always does my 6 month checkup's and cleanings. All his work is excellent. I lost a tooth due to an injury and Dr Winston did a dental implant and it turned out perfect. I saw Dr Winston several times during this process. He is also an excellent dentist. He really cares about his patients. The staff is nice and always willing to help. I was there a few weeks ago and they had a dental emergency and several of the staff were out due to illness so I had to wait a little over an hour but I understand things happen. The wait is usually less than 30 minutes so I can't complain. I gladly give them an overall 5 star rating. read more

I really don't want to give them any star's but apparently I have to. I walked into this place and there's a reception desk with no receptionists by the way. So I s Gand there and wait finally a rude lady comes up to me and says "what do you need." EXCUSE ME?? Rude much!! So I tell her I have been having tooth pain i feel my Cheek is swollen and I wasn't able to sleep. She has the nerve to say "that's just your fat." Some other lady was walking past and says oh no you look like if you have an infection and the girl helping me tells me not to listen to her because she's an intern and that half of the people that work there aren't done with school. On top of that she's going to give me an apt till late next week because they Don't take walk ins even if it's an emergency worst place ever.
