When I first wanted braces, I was looking and comparing prices with many different orthodontists. This full procedure would be out of pocket so I definitely was looking for a place that made me feel comfortable and was affordable. Compared to the rest around my area they offered the best price and were super informative regarding all my questions. They have a couple different offices but I only visited the Artesia and Pico Rivera ones. I got my braces during COVID times and they were really professional and very clean. Additionally, they were super helpful when I needed to reschedule appointments due to sickness or something else. Lastly, the staff is super sweet and helpful and always very positive. I just got my braces off today and now have a retainer with f/u appointments included in the full price. Really appreciate the throughness of their care. Pros: Helpful Staff, Caring Doctors, Affordable, Accepts HSA/FSA, convenient locations, up to date/ new technology, very informative, provides detailed receipts, can send all documents electronically, email/text appointment reminders, cute prizes for being an awesome patient Cons: Not really a con but a preference: Artesia is an open exam room with dividers. I like the Pico Rivera office due to individual room offices.

I hadn't been to the dentist office in a while due to a bad experience so a chipped tooth brought me here! The staff is so friendly and explained everything in detail! They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! The visit did last a couple hours so one of the staff members got me a smoothie and I'm insanely grateful for that! I really want to thank everyone there for making me see that going to the dentist isn't that bad! Everyone there on 6/2/26 deserves a raise!!!! Haha

Rangnath…read more For many years I was a patient and remained a patient believing that I would receive the best experience. I had to return approximately 4-5 times to have the same crown corrected because it kept falling off. What made the experience even more frustrating was that it wasn't just the crown--I felt like every time I went in, I was being charged something out of pocket for another procedure or service. After spending so much money, I expected the work to be done correctly the first time. To make matters worse, I am still making payments on the crowns I had done at this office. It's incredibly frustrating to still be paying for dental work that, according to the second opinion I received, wasn't done correctly and now needs to be redone. On top of that, had a filling came off the same week after getting it done. Recently, another filling that was done here came off. I recently went to a different dentist for a second opinion and was told that the two crowns I had done at this office were not done correctly and that another filling needs to be corrected as well. I've never experienced so many issues from one dental office. Between the repeated visits, the ongoing out-of-pocket costs, the fact that I'm still paying for the original crowns, and now learning that multiple restorations need to be redone, I have completely lost confidence in the quality of care I received. I will never return and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I never use to smile before coming here because I was always embarrassed and insecure about my smile. The first time i stepped foot into the place, all the staff were really nice and respectful, they made you feel welcome. They are like your best friend. For the two years that I had the braces, and for every visit, the doctor and dental assistants were always making sure I was happy with how my teeth were progressing and looking. Once the two years were over, they asked me if i was happy with my teeth, and i said yes. They started the removing process of the braces. A month later, on my last visit, they gave me retainers. Unfortunately for me, my bottom retainers broke, not really sure how. Instead of me going to the dentist immediately to get new ones, I did the opposite and waited a few months, which resulted in my bottom teeth to get crooked again. So I went to the dentist, told them what happened and they gave me different options on what i could do to fix my teeth; I ended up choosing braces again. They also took the retainers to see if they could figure out how they broke. What I truly love about this place is that they work with you to figure out a way to pay for what you need. I just came back from the dentist today, and I'm in the removal process of my bottom braces, which im excited for. The next visit i will finally get my new retainers. But what suprised me when I left today, is that my dad told me they are giving me the retainers free because they were never able to figure out why the broke and for another reason. So all my dad had to pay for were the visits and the braces. For my dad, this was a blessing, because we have been struggling and the dentistry knows about it, and they were so kind to give me the retainers for free. I know my dad has barely had enough with paying for braces again and the visits, imagine retainers. I'm very grateful for everyone from Pico Rivera Family Dental. You have made a difference in my life, I smile more and I'm more confident. Thank you for working with my family to figure out a plan to pay for everything. I hope in the future, you guys are still here so I can bring my kids here (if they need to that is) and have them get the same awesome, incredible experience I did.

The decision to stay with Dr. Lili & Associates resulted in significant additional time, and stress. While I had previous positive impressions from earlier visits at a different location years ago, my recent experience did not meet those expectations. I ultimately felt the treatment plan was not well aligned with the complexity--or simplicity--of my case.
