I have been using DiRocco Plumbing and Heating for approximately 2 years. They always respond quickly and are courteous, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. My water tank recently failed and they replaced it the same day I called. As a friend and I were cleaning up the water on the floor, one of the plumbers kindly helped us lift the very heavy wetvac to the sink to empty it. Every time I have called DiRocco, they help with both the problem at hand and give me information needed to plan for the future. During this last call for the water heater, the plumber let me know some of my plumbing was no longer up to code and fixed it along with everything else. Finally, I find their prices reasonable. The owner, Pat, was very quick to respond to my request for a bypass to be installed for my sprinkler system. He sent 2 of his crew for the job. After conferring on the phone with Pat, a "game plan" was established and they knew exactly where to navigate the new line. After the bypass was installed, my sprinkler system now functions much more efficiently. Very pleased with the expertly done job and also the very reasonable fee charged! Matt has serviced our property three times, once for no heat and twice for routine maintenance and repairs. He's consistently professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Twice he's corrected previous jobs done by non-DiRocco technicians. On his last visit, besides prepping our steam boiler for the next heating season, he repaired a washer/dryer drainage hose leak, and upgraded our big-box store kitchen faucet with a Moen model we purchased from our plumbing supply store (see attached photos). The late 2010's oil prices were very affordable, but with all the recent fluctuations post COVID, people are paying 60-70% for the same oil just 3 years ago. Pat was able to help me decide if it was a better idea to convert my existing boiling of 11 years or to replace it entirely, we went with a conversion. Wtihin one day he was able to convert my boiler to natural gas, drain cut up and remove my old oil tank, and configure my new thermostat and my radiators around the house. Karen Muir - We had leaking pipes that were for the shower and we tried to seal them but it didn't completely work. We called DiRocco Plumping and the young men who came had to replace not only the pipes for the shower but also the valve to turn off the water to the house. They did a fantastic job! We also called them to replace our toilet. They picked up the toilet which was also higher than our old one and again they did a fantastic job! Also they came out the day after we called them.
