I recently bought a house in the city of Orange and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I went to yelp carpet cleaning and read the reviews about some major cleaning companies. I picked Dirt Busters and called. Mike gave me a very competitive quote on the phone. Two people came on time as scheduled. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. When they left, the carpet looks much better than before. We were very happy with the work they have done. On next day, we saw some wine spill spots came back. I called Mike and he immediately scheduled the time to come back. Not only did he cleaned the wine spots (the problem is the wine is soaked in carpet pad. Their technician used the tool to suck it out the day before but I guess there was too much wire saturated underneath), but also he cleaned the stains which the previous house owner's gym machine left. The gym equipment stains are hard to remove. Mike took the time to use different cleaners to achieve the result which I am very happy with. The house look very clean when they left the attention to detail was lacking. I told the lead that dusting was my main concern and although the tops of thing were done very well all the furniture ledges were missed the dinning room chairs the bar stools the base of the furniture were not touched. I would think when cleaning the kitchen finger prints on the refrigerator handle and font would be removed they were not. This is an amazing customer based business! I only use referrals to work in our home and Mike Salas, owner DB, was referred by MAC Flooring another great company. Mike and his Team cleaned our 40 year old furnace ducts and videotaped it. Yep--lots of stuff was sucked up and we will breath cleaner air.. Our house has high wooden vaulted ceilings and every single board was vacuumed with a HEPA vacuum system. Plus, the entire house walls and ceilings were vacuumed. They have a 46 point checklist, but since I live in a shared apartment, we had a number of things to leave out and had other requests instead. Since we're painting the inside they sealed up everything so that it wouldn't affect the painters, even cleaning the registers so they could be painted. I found Dirt Busters through Yelp while looking for contractors to clean our house after we move out. I requested quotes from 5 companies, and chose Dirt Busters because they could also do the window and carpet cleaning, plus the total proce was less than the competition. I also scheduled them to be out one additional time before the move. The team arrived a little late, but we were scheduled at the end of the day, so it wasn't a total surprise. However, they did such a great job, it made up for the tardiness. When thhey arrived and looked at the loft, they said it would take an extra 30 minutes to clean, which I approved. Today I received the invoice for the cleaning, and I'm reminded how great a job they did, and about 25%less than my previous company. Unbelievable service - I was afraid they wouldn't be able to get anything out of this 20 year old white carpet, but the guy was incredibly friendly and said he can help, but he can't guarantee how much will come out. I told him to give it a shot, then left the house for a couple hours. When I came back, the carpet was like new! All the dirt and black spots (except the cigarette burns) were completely gone! He used our vacuum to clean before, which then clogged and wasn't effective, so he cleaned the filter and fixed our vacuum cleaner! I like the blue booties they give you as well :D He also put most of our furniture on styrofome blocks to help the carpet dry properly. These guys did a miracle on our carpet. The carpet on our rental home was filthy with large patches of dark stains and dirt from shoe traffic on the carpet. The stains didn't look like they would come off when we tried to scrub it with some carpet cleaner. We couldn't rent it like that to the next tenants and thought we would most likely have to get new carpet but The Dirt Busters removed most of the stains and made the carpet look fresh and clean once again.
