Although we do not get our house cleaned on a normal basis, we have hired Mayra and her team several times in the last few years to do a cleaning of our house, other than the bedrooms, once or twice a year. We have always been satisfied with her and her team's work until this last cleaning we had this past Friday. Her team arrived slightly later than scheduled, which was fine, but felt like they rushed through the cleaning and were in and out within an hour and 30 minutes. We had asked for 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry room to be cleaned as well as the inside of our fridge and freezer. Although the sink, and toilet were clean in the bathroom, the tub and floor was still dirty. The bath mat wasn't lifted up when sweeping or mopping, so there's still dirt on the floor. For the kitchen, the inside of our fridge and freezer were not cleaned as discussed, don't think they were even touched, the oven and stove were 90% clean, but left dirty dishes on the stove, took clean utensils from our clean utensils drawer and put it in the dishwasher (don't understand why...), and put some of our drinkware and other items that weren't even in the sink that were not dishwasher safe into the dishwasher and ran it. For our living room, there's still dust and small pieces of dirt near our couches. The girl only vacuumed our hard wood floors then mopped it. There's still dust near our tv, and our whole mantel above our fireplace was still covered in dust and untouched. There is still dust and dirt in every corner of the rooms that we asked to be cleaned. My husband had asked for the 2 windows in our kitchen/living room to be cleaned and only one was done. If the rate discussed was not enough due to the amount of work needed, or if there was not enough time, that could have been brought up and worked out, instead of us now feeling like we regret leaving a generous tip. It pains me to say that we will unfortunately not be using this service again. read more

There are still mouse dropping inside the kitchen cabinet when I look around. Same with the garage. Initially quote 300, after throughly discussion we agreed on 480. Halfway during the cleaning I received the text said the price to be 580. The house was empty and pretty dirty. Still, this is the highest price I ever paid to get this size of such house to be cleaned, and not the cleanest result I have got. The bathrooms were so clean, the doorknobs even looked nicer. When my partner and I finally got to use our bathrooms after it being cleaned by them, we simply could refrain from staring at every single surface area in the bathtub because it was so unrealistically clean. Perhaps this is a reflection of our rooms to the reader, but truthfully our rooms were not that messy, however now that it is cleaned by them, I can't help but believe they were. However, the second time Mayra and her team were 1.5 hours late with little communication. I kept having to text her to see what her ETA would be.
