Alas, the line was extremely long and didn't seem to be moving that fast, and the seating was packed. We decided to seek breakfast elsewhere after exploring the books. Since we didn't eat there, this review pertains only to the bookstore. It was very crowded and noisy. The focus here is definitely on fiction, so if that is your thing, you will probably love it. We were hoping for a more comprehensive selection. There were also lots of gift items, puzzles, cards, crafts, etc.

They were very expensive, not flavorful, and extremely basic (think soggy bread with a lot of hummus but not much else). This place seems to be a great option for birthday cakes and morning pastries, but I would advise getting your sandwiches elsewhere.

This store has entrenched unethical business practices that border on theft. On two occasions in…read morethe past three days I was overcharged by about 10% over the posted price. When I pointed this out the emoyees reaponded by saying "they must not have changed the sticker", and "the sale ended yesterday". The employees took the attitude that I should clearly understand that the price at the register is the correct one and I was annoying for bringing up the discrepancy. This is false advertising at best, fraud at worst if customers don't cartch the discrepancy. This has happened here in the past but the clerks were cooler about it and honored the posted price. Given the experiences I've had recently I will not only not be returning, and registering complaints with the BBB at Attorney General's office.
