    Apple cider doughnut

The perfect breakfast spot with a large menu and options for everyone. I had the little green and an apple cider donut. Ham was great and the English muffin and sourdough were notable too--they are made in house. The donut was delicious and had a great texture and cinnamon flavor, although I did not have a strong cider flavor come through. Would come here every week if I was in town!!

The food was wonderful. Make sure you get the cruller French toast. Super nice vibes. Got in and got my food super fast. I really like the bar seating.

Seated at the counter. Warm, cozy spot. Quick service/food came out fast. Avocado toast on sourdough bread hit the spot!

    Chocolate cream pie

Embarrassed. Ordered a slice of pie to go and received this. Please ensure you peek at your food before departing for any orders to go. Quality is lacking for take away.

A Hanover classic Food: Maple Biscuit Sandwich 4/5: Got it with a side of mini hash brown- hash browns were solid but nothing too crazy. The maple biscuit sandwich was o really pretty good- tasted like a leaner, cleaner version of a McGriddle with biscuit buns. Iced Coffee 4/5: Standard iced coffee, generous sizes- really effective at getting you wired for the day- strong than some competing coffees on the street Ambience: Classic diner feel, great spot to visit

I love this place! This is my third time stopping in Hanover to eat at Lou's. This is the quintessential New Hampshire breakfast and lunch place with an old-fashioned homey feel, exceptionally friendly staff, and the best gluten free muffins anywhere. Seating is a bit tight, parking is paid-only, and the walk to the bathrooms is dicey, but the food is worth it!

Decent diner. Above average tasting comfort food in a popular (sometimes boisterous) cozy setting. VERY popular for weekend breakfast (regardless of what Google Live states).

    Maple Sausage Biscuit

Tbe food was horrible and overpriced, as a Chef I am sickened by the lack of care or effort put into these dishes. The pototoes where black and hard, biscuit hard and dry egg overdone. I wouldn't take my enemy to eat here.

    Crueller with sour dough toast

We had breakfast here and ordered a variety of dishes. We had the lil green, big green, a chicken and waffle and another big green. Over easy eggs, crueller french toast, has browns and a orange cranberry muffin along with a banana pecan muffin also a cup of coffee. Service was very quick and the waitress took our order right away and we did make a change on our order and she was able accommodate us. The restaurant was cozy, quaint and had the feel of a diner where one could enjoy the company of others and there was no rush. Loved our service toady and had an exceptional meal!

    Mixed berry pie.

OK, I just had the biggest piece of pie ever for breakfast. Mixed berry with a side of soft serve ice cream. Perfetto. Our server, Tanealle, was awesome.

This is 2 orders of the small green.

Busy place but so worth the wait. The food was great. Fluffy and light french toast. Perfectly cooked eggs. The hash browns were my favorite nicely seasoned and very crisp. Good food and you get plenty.

With plenty of indoor & outdoor seating it's a great spot to work or chat. It has a cozy, rustic vibe that's not trying to do too much. Open at 8am this is a great spot to grab breakfast or lunch- with an all day breakfast sandwich menu. The food came out really quick which is good if you are rushing to class! I got the Miss Marple and a twice baked chocolate almond croissant. The miss Marple was really good; I picked the whole wheat sourdough which was delightfully thick cut which was needed given it was stuffed fully with egg, avocado, tomato. This sandwich was very filling and you could definitely share one. The twice baked croissant was decadent and I would definitely get it again. I've never seen anything like it- it was a like a traditional chocolate croissant with the almond marzipan filling. I would definitely recommend trying it! Overall, I wouldn't pass (umple)BY this bakery without giving it a try!

I bought the 16oz (large) for a hot latte and was given practically a 12oz, which I didn't complain about, but the difference in cost between the two is literally over a dollar. Lied to and scammed.

The store did not disappoint -- it's a baker's paradise in every sense. Every possible ingredient, tool, pan, piece of equipment, and baking mix you could imagine is here, beautifully displayed and easy to browse. The space is bright, immaculate, and extremely well organized, with helpful staff ready to answer questions or point you toward something new. There's also a demonstration kitchen and a café, which adds even more to the experience. While their website is fantastic (and what we've relied on for years), the in‑person store is absolutely worth the trip. Whether you're an avid baker or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, this is a destination worth driving for. We're so glad we finally made it -- and we'll be talking about this stop for a long time.

The lattes were pretty standard and the pastries were a bit disappointing. The flavor profile of the focaccia was odd - corn, tomato, and spicy mayo. The croissant was extremely flavored but lacked a butter flavor. The service was quick and plenty of seating. Many small tables would be preferred to the long almost banquet table options.
