Never have been let down by a shop this bad... got my quote and went along with it. Once parts were delivered after about 1month and a half they come to find out they weren't the right ones and due to them having cut off stock parts from my truck I had to be put on a "temporary kit" (had parts coming loose within 1 week), the parts were sent back and never came back, waited about 3 additional months for my PAID OFF lift, wheels, and tires to get in and they did, during the wait I kept getting told "next week" "I gotchu" "let me call you back" by the supervisor. Ended up asking for my money back finally after 5 months of trying to give them a chance, it's been 2 weeks of calling them about my money and no reply... during my visits to the shop asking questions there would be customers who seemed to have similar issues aswell, I would try to stay away from this place if possible read more

Do not trust this people. They are very friendly but they dont know what they are doing. I asked for 18s and he recommended 17s now the weights get knocked off by the calipers. I wanted 35s E rated for my HD truck and he got 37s D rated tires. D rated tires state 50 PSI max load and he put 65 psi. They are big time liars he keeps telling me that he ordered the 35s to make it right but has not. Do not give him any money until you see your products. This people will run with your hard earned money and will leave you hanging. Sucks that they are neighbors and I have to see them all the time. Now I am stuck with out tires and with a $3000 bill. He does not care about your safety only to make a buck. read more

After charging over $3,000.00 on my credit card for purchasing a leveling kit, rims and tires, owner Alonso never ordered the wheels I had asked for after he ordered the wrong wheels. For over a month, he kept telling me the correct wheels were ordered. This was a complete lie. He kept showing me bogus text messages that showed that the wheels were being shipped. He soon was running out of lies. Luckily, my credit card reimbursed me after proving that my purchases were never delivered. Be careful going there. I would not trust him at all. The customer service was outstanding. Alberto was very helpful very patient and was willing to give his advice on what looked good and to help with the price as well. The price of the lift and wheels and tires was outstanding. The staff was over the top in making sure I was comfortable in what was being done to my truck. They even allowed me to watch to increase my comfort level. I will be going back to these gentleman in the near future for 1993 dodge 12 valve to be lifted I can't wait. read more

Came here for my lift kit and tires I asked for a 4inch lift and he put a 6 inch lift after me asking Alfonso if they had that he confirmed and they still out a 6inch lift then told me that I should come back the next day and get some better rims why would I spend more money here then the next morning went threw my truck found back left shock hanging & bushing from control arm all messed up DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! read more

just got my car done 09292020 . 2in lift for my durango for it to wobble and become unbalanced and damn near kill me leaving the shop. totaled my car right before im about to pcs. guy alonzo is nice but a complete ass after . they playing blaming games for what happen to my car. nothing was wrong until they did the lift kit. military i wouldn't recommend . good prices dont mean good results. bad customer service. We waited over a month and a half only for them to call and say they're canceling on us!! This place will waste your time and money, they are not honest people. I ordered my lift and rims and tires on the 10th of November and was told that I would have everything on my truck by the 15th. That date changed to the 23rd then changed to the 26th, all this time I was told that the lift was already shipped and was already here in El Paso. Then I was told the truth the lift had not shipped yet and they had no eta, I asked for a refund and was given the run around on that as well I had to cancel the charge through my bank. I ordered the same lift online today the 26th and it is scheduled to be delivered on the 29th by 5pm. read more
