No one bothered to mention over the phone that you need an appointment. Then at check-in, I'm told it's 45 minutes to an hour per gun. For four guns, that's basically my entire day gone. That's not service, that's incompetence. Ever since the switch from Cabela's to Bass Pro Shops, this place has clearly gone downhill. Poor communication, terrible process, and a complete lack of respect for people's time. If this is the new standard, it's no surprise this place is losing its reputation. It needs a serious overhaul, because right now it's inefficient, disorganized, and honestly just frustrating to deal with.

We enrolled our 5 yr old in BJJ at River City Warriors nearby, and we were recommended to go here for gear. At first, I wasn't sure if they would carry a gi this small for my kiddo, but to my surprise, they did! Excellent selection to choose from in terms of boxing gloves, apparel, and gis! When we stepped into the shop, we were greeted and immediately saw a vast amount of boxing gloves sitting neatly on display. There are a lot of shirts related to fighting that people can rep. On the right-hand side lined up against the wall, there are gis in various sizes. They have sizes from infant to adult. My 5 yr old is about 30 lbs. She's petite and fits a size 0000. The gis come in white, blue, and pink. She chose blue! The quality is excellent too. Thick, starchy, and rich in color. The young person came to help us answer any questions we had and checked in the back to see if they had a gi in blue in size 0000. Thankful they had it! Otherwise, we would have had to place an order and waited a week for it to come in. For size reference: 0000 fits probably a 3-4yr old. It's slightly longer in the arms and the length of the pants, but she fits it pretty well. We can roll it up a little and that seems to fit perfectly. The brand we bought was Fuji. We had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Camping World in Wilsonville…read more Rhonda was our service advisor. We dropped our 5th wheel off on June 19 for repairs and dealt with constant delays, poor communication, and little to no updates unless we called ourselves. Because of the delays, we missed our planned Fourth of July trip. When we picked up our trailer, the lady working couldn't explain our charges, and we were promised a call from the service manager, Curtis to review the invoice. It's now been nearly three weeks since pickup, and after about five calls, emails, and multiple attempts to reach him, we've still never received a callback. Repairs can take time and we understand that. What isn't acceptable is the complete lack of communication and follow-through. We trusted Camping World with our trailer and expected much better customer service. We're younger RV owners, and throughout this experience we were left feeling like our concerns weren't taken seriously. I…read morehad a feeling something was happening, as my turning has been really stiff and everyone's been getting motion sick in my car. Hit 102,000 miles so, the old ones do their job well. This is my first time adding in after market upgrades and I'm pretty excited. I knew I wanted to come to Wanderlust Overland. Both of us were working with an outdoor non profit a few years back and I'd been following them on social media ever since. Communication has been so easy and quick, I told them what I wanted and they gave me multiple options that fit my requests. We're doing a full replacement of my suspension/struts/shocks etc, as well as a lift. We made sure my new springs would be strong enough for the extra weight my car has on it (iKamper etc). I also researched a ton online about having to get new control arms etc to handle the lift, before I could even ask them about it, I saw it in their estimate form online. They know their stuff, specializing in off roading builds. It's nice not having to feel like you're informing the shop of things, as I've had to in the past at other places. We're also upgrading my headlights and fog lights. Call me old but I've never been so excited for an upgrade ha. The back country roads are so dark with faded road lines, all of these new high def led lights over power my stock ones, add in rain and I'm always on edge driving at night. I'm pretty geeked out to get some Morimoto headlights and Baja Designs fog lights. I just dropped the 4 Runner off today, their show room had some additional upgrades I want to do in a few months for water storage on a swing gate. I love how I was treated here, I wasn't talked to any different than they would have with a guy. Everyone was super friendly, informative and you can tell, these guys love what they do. I pick up my car tomorrow, normally it's a same day service but they accommodated a quicker turn around time and took my car in two days early when one of their projects wrapped ahead of time. Again, great customer service. I also really like how they do their estimate invoice, it breaks it all down, clear as day. I'll update tomorrow when I pick her up, we're heading out of town for an off grid camp trip as well so, I'll really be able to test the new set up!
