Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. Although we are still determining whether to get a trailer and which trailer to get I would highly recommend them for their great customer service. I spoke to Loren on the phone three times throughout the day while deciding whether to not to get PPF and ceramic coat for my car, and he was wonderful each time. He was clear, patient, and took his time to explain things to me. As a female, I am a bit wary when I call auto shops, and I felt nothing but warmth and genuine care from Loren. He sent over a quote and he answered any questions that I had. We wanted to get the PPF done soon and they originally didn't have any appointments for two more weeks (he said they are unusually busy because of holiday specials), but they figured out a way to squeeze us in the next day which was so kind. The quote was reasonable for PPF from what I've seen, but after discussing with my husband, we realized that it's just not a priority of ours to spend more money on our car, vs on other expenses. I think if this were a fancy, dream car, we would consider it some more but we just wanted a reliable, safe car to get us from A to B and we're personally okay with imperfect paint. I called Loren back once we'd made a decision and what made me want to write a review was that he was so gracious and understanding of our decision, even though it was an hour before closing and they were trying to squeeze us in the next morning. If we ever decide to get any PPF, ceramic coating, or tint done, I would contact Loren without hesitation and would definitely point friends and family to ClearCut!

The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it. They said it would look as good as new, but of course I thought that was a lofty goal... Oh my gosh, we were SHOCKED at how amazing it looks! The carpet looks as good as when it was new (maybe better)! I would never have believed this was possible, but we could not be more pleased! They worked on it for over 8 hours! The price was more than fair, and to say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! If you want your car to look its absolute best, we could not recommend E&N more enthusiastically!

Thankyou RANDY L FOR FIXING OUR CAR No longer in business…read morenow as he had retired and we did a air conditioning on Chrysler van that has 200,000 miles here is some of the details HE SAID the A/C filling port and the line it resides upon Is A very marginal and old line -and that the valve was stuck into it ,,,and he could not pull it out which is using a simple special screwdriver, I know because they are just like tire valves - - anyway he filled it up with 2 pounds of Freon ...chargeD MAX $$$ The basically maximum that he could charge and now only about nine months (I expected his system installation to be able to go at least two years and it's not)after he had done it but into the summer of 2020 the air conditioner is not working very good on the really hot days and I also really wonder whether the defroster is going to continue to work properly; When the weather becomes getting icy cold and freezing because part of the defroster uses some of the air-conditioning on the front windshield, he told me he would be willing to add another pound of Freon down the road if I paid for the material he would cover the cost of the labor on the part installation but now his business is closed and I hope he remembers that he should look at his reviews and then try and call me back one time when I left my phone number Voicemail ,Thanks Randy but probably going to you just used almost $200 of our time and money, and that's only for AC and you said you would do it correctly, but then you admit to not wanting to dig into it after the fact and no phone call in the middle of it )(I just already change the cabin air filter so I know that's good

He is a hidden jem in the mechanic world. He is very knowledgeable about cars and never tried to sell me on things I didn't need. It was like taking my car to a good friend to get fixed, I left vey satisfied and will be taking my car back to him for future repairs.
