It's a perfect balance of laid back positivity vis-a-vis customer service coupled with seriousness about safety, reliability and performance. The machines were in great shape both times, the helmets were clean and fresh and they provide a free app that makes navigating the extensive trail system a breeze. It was…read morethe easiest thing to learn how to use and once I got the hang of it, I realized 2 hours wasn't nearly enough time. I initially ended up booking a double snowmobile guided tour but wasn't able to get a guide for the trails. The staff were friendly and sent an email out a week before the trip to let us know of the inconvenience, but am happy that we were able to venture off on our own. I will definitely go again and for a longer duration!! The snowmobiles were in immaculate condition, so beautiful! The seats AND the handles for the passenger were headed which was and added plus! It was nice to be away from people and selfishly enjoy Mother Nature and her beauty!! There is so much openness and wilderness to explore its breathtaking. Abandoned buildings and cars if you are lucky to spot them!!

Holts Revenge was definitely our favorite trail, and the Waterfall Trail was also a highlight. Some trails were off-limits for various reasons, but there was still plenty to explore. I highly recommend visiting. Don't forget to bring goggles or glasses (they're required), along with closed-toe shoes.

Five of us went on the ATV one-hour tour, with four of us on two doubles and one riding with the…read moreguide. Everyone was super friendly and patient. We got to the top, stopped for pictures and our tour guide was a true photographer, catching us all jumping on the second try! We switched drivers with the two doubles on the way down so everyone gets to drive, and once we got back down, the guide brought us to the ground across and let us go high speed for three laps!!!! Great experience, lots of fun and definitely a highlight of our trip! After mid October, they get the grounds ready for snowmobile.

Our guide was Joe Nugent and he was so helpful and friendly. Make sure to bring clothes you do not mind getting dirty and bring a mask too keep out the dust from the trails. They do sell some there if you need. This really is a must do if you are visiting the area!!

We went on the coldest day of the year in 2025, and it was horrendous. I couldn't feel my hands, toes or face. Bundle up, wear layers, bring hand and toe warmers, boots, triple socks. LAYERS ARE YOUR FRIEND! LOL. The cold is nature, the business was top quality. Klaus was really helpful and funny. This is an activity for all ages, friends, family, kids, bf and gf. Just a tip, the snowmobiles are pretty heavy and hard to drive (in my opinion).
