We have a little white dog that isn't too fond of baths and grooming. He struggles and wiggles and just is a bit of a butt head. They always handle things and he comes home cute as a button. But all in all that's not too surprising. Here is where we are super impressed. We have a 80 lb mutt who really isn't fond of many people and would much rather everyone keep their distance. Except the groomers here have won her heart. Miss Nova gets her bath, raises her paws for nail clippings, and even gives them kisses. During this past year Miss Nova had a few leg surgeries and hadn't been going in for grooming. This has also prut her on the no jump list. They can accommodate these restrictions and ask about her well being. I am greatful that they have won her heart (ours too) and trust by treating her so well. read more

I normally bathe her but I just needed a little help this time just cause I was also watching my friends dog. The girl who bathed my baby was so sweet. My dog can be a bit timid and so I think she did a really good job with her. She told me my baby just kept looking at her with puppy dog eyes and so she got lots of pets. This is my official go-to groomers for Pepper. The facility looks really clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Pepper is normally extremely nervous around new people, but after picking Pepper up she seemed very comfortable and happy. My dog came in with matting and paint (recent remodel) and when I picked her up, her coat was soft and perfectly trimmed. They cut her nails and cleaned out her ears really well! Booking was super easy, and I had a reservation within the next 3 days. My golden doodle is 50 lb. For a bath, cut, anal, ear it cost $120 (including tip), which is a reasonable price. I've heard great things about this place so I finally had the opportunity to take my dog here. I really appreciate the attention to detail they have for all their services. Eva is great. It also seems like they don't overwhelm themselves and book so many furry friends at once so they can take their time and not rush. I was happy with the job they did on my dog. The only issue I had was when I went to pick my dog up. The young girl with glasses sitting in the front looked disinterested. I rang the doorbell, she took her sweet time to open the door as she was texting on her phone. She grabbed the wrong harness. She did not put the harness on my dog before opening the gate so my dog ran out into the lobby while another customer was there who was about to leave. Luckily, the other customer was mindful enough to wait till I got the harness on my dog before opening the door. While I was trying to get the harness on my dog, the girl went back to sitting down and texting on her phone. The groomers I've been to have always put her harness on before handing her over. No complaints with Eva but the girl with glasses needs some customer service skills. read more

So far the best grooming experience! Before my appointment I let them know that my dog was scared and gets stressed. I forgot to ask the girls name (but I will for next time I go) she received Remmy and was very welcoming. When I picked him up she explained to me why he was scared and what I should do for Remmy to get use to the process. One of my dog grows her hair really quickly so whenever we get her groomed, we want them cut it as short as possible to allow her hair to grow back slower. DDG always cuts her hair super short and makes her haircuts last longer than any other place. When we had one dog, they would finish within 1.5 - 2 hours. Now with two dogs, they would finish about 3 to 3.5 hours. They text you when your dogs are finished. It's also really easy to make an appointment via calling. We always make an appointment whenever we're back in SoCal. Highly recommend them for all your dog grooming needs! read more
