First time using a mobile groomer and it was the best choice. Classy K-9 had good communication. I needed a 12 week pup groomed and she took her time with him. Her van was calm and she was very caring and concerned with not making his first grooming stressful. She groomed our puppy and then our 11 year old senior bichon. Taking her time with both. we'll be using their service regularly.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the service we got by Issis. She did such a good job with our dog Misty. This was her first time getting groomed & I have always been so hesitant to take her anywhere because Misty suffers from seizures and leaving her at a salon for long hours with many faces made us nervous. Issis made my dog feel so comfortable, was extremely cautious with her, which I cannot thank her enough for, & provided updates on how she was doing throughout. Misty didn't show an ounce of nervousness or anxiety. And to top it off, Misty went in looking like a gremlin & came out a Princess. Issis was so sweet and on time. Her service was amazing. I'm so happy to have found a trustworthy groomer. Thank you! We cannot wait for our next makeover

Fantastic experience with Classy K-9 Mobile Grooming! Classy K-9 Mobile Grooming did such an amazing job with my Goldendoodle, Coco. They came to my house, which made the whole process super convenient and stress-free. Coco can be a little nervous during grooming, but they were so gentle, patient, and caring with her. When they finished, Coco looked absolutely beautiful--her coat was soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed with no tangles at all. You can tell they take real pride in their work and truly love the dogs they care for. I couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend Classy K-9 Mobile Grooming to anyone who wants their dog to look and feel their best. Thank you for making Coco look so adorable!

DO NOT USE. OUR DOG WAS SEVERELY INJURED. We have been using Classy K-9 since COVID and were happy for a while despite an inconsistent schedule, Daniel was always very communicative and our dogs always came back clean and happy. However, recently our dog was severely injured while receiving services and not only were we not made aware of the injury, but Daniel then denied that the injury even happened while our dog, Ruby, was in his care. For context, Daniel had canceled the week before our scheduled appointment because he had been bitten while working and needed time to heal. I, of course, understood and did not hold this against him. However, when he came for the grooming appointment, he came to the front door and my mom gave him Ruby on her leash and Ruby hesitated to go with him. I work from home so I heard Ruby cry out in pain and yelp loudly. My mom went to go check because Ruby does not typically cry out when with Daniel. My mom comforted Ruby and Ruby is the type of dog that will not whine or cry as long as she is with a member of our family. Typically, after Ruby is groomed, she will sleep the rest of the day which she did after being returned to us on the day she was injured. I had noticed a small scrape, that looked superficial when I went to feed Ruby dinner (which she did not finish) and it had looked like hair had been shaved away from the area. I thought Daniel had tried to clean a small cut or accidentally nicked her. The next morning, Ruby did not want to eat, did not come when called, and stayed laying in her bed. Obviously, this was very concerning, so I did a quarter check and found that what I had thought was a small abrasion was actually a three inch long gash on Ruby's left side, underneath her breast towards where the armpit would be on a human. It had already clotted which explains why there was minimal bleeding. I immediately took Ruby to our vet who had stated that the injury was likely caused by a piece of metal that Ruby jumped over or scraped herself on while being groomed. I contacted Daniel about this and he had stated that he would take responsibility if the vet believed the injury was caused during the course of grooming. During the course of grooming was the only time Ruby ever cried out in any discomfort or pain. As her owner, I know her pain cry. I expressed this to Daniel, shared what the vet had said, asked him to look at his van and ensure that there were no sharp areas where another dog may harm themselves, and Daniel denied that Ruby could have ever been harmed during the course of grooming and kept referring to him not using shears, etc. despite me and the vet stating that the injury probably happened from a sharp piece of metal in his van somewhere. Instead of looking, or safety checking his van, he just denied, denied, denied. Our vet bill was over $650 and because the wound was not adequately addressed before it clotted, the vet had to reopen the wound, clean out the gash, and stitch Ruby up. Had Daniel been more aware and maintained a safe environment for our dog, this never would have happened.

Pamela is always extremely kind and gentle with my dogs. She's been grooming them for a few years now and even makes her way all the way to Whittier for us. My dogs get so excited to see her and always come out looking beautiful. Only groomer I will ever allow to work on my puppies :)

On Saturday Daniel groomed our 6 month old Pomeranian. He did a fantastic job. He spend time with our dog Louie and this made it comfortable for our dog to trust Daniel. He didn't bark at all. We've been getting our dog's grooming services with Issis for over a year now. We've tried a good number of grooming services and love this service the most. Issis is really patient with our dog and he loves her for it. For a doodle, it's been difficult to determine the best cut that fits his personality and what is manageable for us. The groomer takes detailed notes to understand what worked and/or didn't work for the next session. We appreciate the love, care, and detail this company provides.

I'm really disappointed I have to update my review. First, it was really hard to get a hold of Maria. I tried texting her, emailing and nothing. I ended up calling the business's number and finally got a hold of her sister. It wasn't until the following day (3 days later) that Maria replied to me. I finally made an appointment and took Bella to get groomed. Her appointment was at 5:30 and I assumed everything was fine since I hadn't gotten a message. At almost 7 pm, Maria text me saying it was nearly impossible to groom Bella and since she was trying to bite and not cooperating, she had now increased the price from $85 to $100. I picked up Bella and Maria said "I understand if you want to take her elsewhere." She explained that Bella was anxious the entire time and not allowing her to groom her so she didn't even get to trim some of her nails or cut some of her fur. I totally understand the price increase since it would take Maria longer to groom her but not on the same day. I also didn't understand how Maria was unable to trim her nails if my dog was muzzled. I'm really unhappy that: 1. I didn't get a hold of Maria for 3 days even though her Yelp page states they will respond sooner. 2. Maria didn't contact me throughout the grooming process to let me know that my dog wouldn't fully be groomed since she was anxious. 3. It took 1.5 hours for my dog to barely get a cut or nail trim. Why wasn't I contacted sooner? 4. The price increase happened the day of after Bella was groomed. Maria did later tell me her business prices increased overall since September. I think it's a bit weird that there are no set prices online anywhere and the price increased for me since Bella is now considered a "high liability groom." 5. It just seemed like Maria was not being patient and was fed up with my dog. Maria did say that she would be there if I couldn't find a new groomer but I don't feel comfortable taking my dog to her anymore. It was an overall bad experience. I'm surprised my dog was still so anxious and uncooperative since it's been about 2 years since I've taken her to Maria. Definitely don't take your dog if she/he is anxious or gets scared. I'm looking elsewhere for a patient groomer that specifically works with dogs that get anxiety during the grooming process. read more

I had a 9:30 AM appointment to get my dog groomed. They texted me (not called) asking to come by later to which I reluctantly agreed to. By 3:30 PM (almost 6 hours after the agreed upon original appointment time) I gave up on them after no calls or texts to explain why they were so late. When someone has an appointment, you SHOW UP on time. They have no idea how to run a business. I recommend anyone who is considering using them to find someone else. They are horrible. read more

I can't recommend Issis enough for mobile grooming! Communication was excellent, and she was right on time. In the 5 years I've had my Samoyed, this is by far the best cleaning he's ever had. We recently took in a lost dog who unfortunately showed signs right away that her previous owners were not the best. Once we failed to find them, we made her our own and have spent a good amount of time earning her trust and it's not been easy. We reached the point where grooming service were needed, but with her anxiety and COVID we were nervous to take her to a big chain place. Not a knock on them, but the situation is nerve wrecking. We landed on Classy K9 thanks to our neighbors recommendation and it was the best choice. Issis treated our pup with so much care and could not have asked for better service. She was patient, kind and respected the COVID safety measures in place to keep everyone safe. They even played classical music for my dog! So happy we found Classy K-9. They really saved the day with their quick response and availability to come and groom our 5 month old Rottie pup. He was in desperate need of a bath and expression of anal glands. They were so caring and provided great service and attention to our boy Rocco. First, the prices here are way more reasonable than Vegas. In addition, scheduling is easy, communication is clear and the staff is consistently kind. Dr. Mattu and the staff are so sweet with my girl. She's always had a sensitive tummy and had a flare up after Christmas and while I brought her in and got her medication to ease her anxiety for things like fireworks, she still wasn't 100% back to normal. I emailed the office with concerns and a business day later I got a detailed email back from Dr. Mattu with next steps. I called the office, got a quote, and decided to start with a blood panel test and pancreatic test. I was able to bring her in without paying the physical exam fee, I think it was called a tech visit. And then the vet went over the results with me about 15 minutes later. I feel relieved knowing she's in good hands, her test results were normal, and there's a clear plan for next steps if needed.

We were quoted thousands at an emergency vet and felt completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, an employee there suggested we contact Adam's (where we had been before for another pet's vaccinations). We waited until morning and took him in and wow! The care was excellent, and the cost was a fraction of what we were expecting and saved us thousands!! I said THOUSANDS!!! Then recently our dog had an anal gland abscess and it was the same story elsewhere, huge estimate with lots of add ons. We went straight back to Adams and we were able to be seen as a walk-in. They treated him quickly, didn't push a bunch of extras, and again saved us THOUSANDS!!!! The clinic is super busy, and the girls at the front desk are doing a million things at once, but they're so nice and accommodating. You can tell they truly care about making sure your pet is seen and taken care of. We're really thankful for Adam's Pet Hospital and we will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Despite some concerns, I continued coming back because I prefer consistency and didn't want to switch vets. However, my recent experiences with my current cat, Miso, have been extremely disappointing. Over multiple visits this year, I was told my cat needed to be medicated with gabapentin due to "aggression." When that didn't work, they prescribed trazodone. Even after administering both medications, I was told my cat was still "too aware," and they were only able to complete partial vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP). I specifically asked for the leukemia vaccine as well, but they declined and told me to come back another time to avoid further stress. At my visit on 04/10, I was then told my cat would require additional sedation via injection, increasing the cost from an estimated $90 to $220. Instead, I chose to go to another nearby veterinary clinic. Within less than 5 minutes, they were able to administer all necessary vaccines including the leukemia shot without any additional sedation. My cat is vocal, but he was handled efficiently and safely. Additionally, during one visit, two technicians openly admitted that they had previously had a cat escape through the roof. That raised serious concerns for me regarding their handling procedures and overall safety protocols. Based on my experience, this clinic appears to rely heavily on medication and upselling sedation rather than proper handling techniques. Cat owners should be cautious and consider getting a second opinion.

My Husband found Classy K-9 via Yelp. I am so happy that he did. We have a 90 lbs Labrador Retriever (Rufi) and have had him groomed several times. We live in the neighborhood so I wanted to find a Mobil Groomer that we could trust. Issis is that person! Each time she arrives at my home, she treats me and more importantly my Rufus very well. He gets happy & very excited to greet her at my door. That includes jumping to greet her, wiggly butt and licking her face. He will even howl. She never gets upset and lets him. You can tell that Issis really cares. And I know he's in great hands. She always is extremely patient and takes her time with my boy. We had been utilizing her services as our groomer for more than a year. However, there were multiple instances where she had to cancel our appointments. Initially, she explained that she had been involved in an incident, and we were understanding. Then, she rescheduled our appointment, only to cancel it again due to another incident. Despite our reservations, we decided to give her another chance after a year had passed. We booked her for Monday, but she canceled once again, this time for Tuesday, and ultimately didn't show up. When my girls return they are happy and look and feel beautiful also I have hired Shannon to pet sit, also weekly walking my dogs. But all in all that's not too surprising. Here is where we are super impressed. We have a 80 lb mutt who really isn't fond of many people and would much rather everyone keep their distance. Except the groomers here have won her heart. Miss Nova gets her bath, raises her paws for nail clippings, and even gives them kisses. During this past year Miss Nova had a few leg surgeries and hadn't been going in for grooming. This has also prut her on the no jump list. They can accommodate these restrictions and ask about her well being. I am greatful that they have won her heart (ours too) and trust by treating her so well.
