My 15 year old senior pup is very anxious around strangers and usually gets the stress poops but she took such good care of him. We have two high energy husky Shepard dogs and they are always happy to walk in to dirty dogs for grooming! They come back clean and happy! We occasionally add on the deshedding service for all that hair they have and they come back looking brand new! Not only are the thorough, but also get the job done in a reasonable time! I brought my dog Ghost (Malamute/Husky mix) in for grooming and was quoted $120. When my husband went to pick him up, the bill was suddenly $225. The only call I got from them was 15 minutes before pickup saying he was ready on my voicemail and he did leave me a text about 45 minutes prior saying Ghost was done. No mention of a price change. I also gave them my husband's number just in case because right now I'm not at home so I knew I might miss the call. Plus he was the one that dropped him off. When I called back to ask about it, I was told (rather rudely by a gentleman) that they had already explained to my husband that he was "a lot of work." I completely understand he's a very furry dog, and I even told them that ahead of time. What I don't understand is why they didn't call me before the price almost doubled. Their response was basically, "We're a business, we called you, and we can't wait for you." Except, the call I got was only to tell me he was done, nothing about the extra charge. They also weren't very nice to my husband when he picked Ghost up. Despite all that, we still tipped, and I'll give credit where it's due. They did a decent job on the grooming itself, but not for that price point. I normally wouldn't leave a review like this, but the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. Communication goes a long way, and if the price was going to change that drastically, a simple call beforehand with an explanation and not being rude would have made all the difference. read more

Have taken my dogs (Simon, Alvin, and Theo) twice since finding out about this place last February and def plan on becoming regulars here! The owners/groomers (husband and wife) have done a great job in grooming my three senior dogs. The chipmunks come back smelling fresh and with neatly trimmed fur! I also love how they've each gotten a goodie bag and either a bandana or a tie after each visit! Theo has a skin condition and needs a medicated shampoo and they've allowed me to bring that for his sessions. Last visit was around 2.5 hours for all three. read more

I love Dora! I used to go to her old location near DTLA and I loved her work so much I followed her to her shop here. I've been to other groomers but Dora does the best job so I decided to stick with her. She's very neat and concise while keeping my Pom's coat healthy. He always looks like a polished proper gentleman when I pick him up from his appointment! My dog can be a bit sassy and mean but Dora is patient and eventually gets him inside. I love how he smells after his appointment and the other workers also seem really nice/seems to love dogs. I'm so proud and happy for Dora for opening her own business and being a boss. read more

First time taking my dog here And soon as I walked in, the lady greeted us and right away I felt her passion and love for dogs. I dropped him off at 11:00 and he was done within 2 hrs. His hair cut was so cute and most importantly my dog was happy when we came bk to pick him up. (Last groomers, my dog was cut inside of his ears and he was so stressed and had diarrhea) $85 was not bad (anal/ nail/ cut/ ear / wash) they have a stamp card (50% off by 5. And one free by 10 stamps) they also sent us home with a care kit (bag, treat, poop bag and a bow tie) very pleased w the cut and service. Def will be coming back. read more
