I've been taking our fur babies here for years just based off of the great job and excellent prices given for the services but the last time I brought my fur baby I thought his skin was just dry and he kept scratching. Low and behold I was notified he was infested with fleas, I panicked. They treated the fleas which by the way I never saw and gave me suggestions to get rid of them. Were not welcoming, asked me to hide in the corner because my dog crys when I'm around which I get, but they took longer than the eta given and had nowhere else to be in the LA heat. Then to top it all off when she gives me my dog, they tell me that they cut his foot and the bleeding has stopped and he should be fine now. But they cut his foot and gave a half baked apology and didn't offer to remedy anything. I would've asked more questions, but I was running late and had to leave now my dog needs a vet visit to make sure the cut doesn't get infected. read more

I'm furious, with my last experience at this groomer. I t trusted this lady With my previous dog.So I just recently got a new dog and decided to bring him over for a grooming. I brought him in kind of late, she said they don't really take dogs that late, but since he's tiny she agreed to take him, only to give him a bath, do a sanitary cut, and cut his nails. I would be one of her last customers. When I got there she was sitting in the chair holding ny dog with leary look on her face but I didn't think anything of it because I've trusted her in the past with my previous dog. I paid her and left, so she could get going because she was closing. The same day my boyfriend noticed he was different and had been trimmed too low down his back ! I told him they was supposed to only do a sanitary cut.. he said uh uhh they cut him!, and they messed him up. Now that he brought it to my attention she did !! A few days had passed before I called her on it, she made excuses about why she wouldn't do it, mainly about the cost would've been much higher, as if I could pay it if that's what I wanted... that's bs she cut my dog consent, and or it was a mistake and she doesn't want to take responsibility for it... I called her again today, told her I want to bring my dog in to show her before and after pictures to prove what I'm claiming... she kept screaming she didn't do it, and then had nerves to say, "and if I did cut him, it hair it will grow back", it hair it'll grow. Now I'm really upset, because I know dogs cut him and she does too. She weird af for this. I asked for my money back but she didn't respond. read more

I got my 2 Yorkshire terriers washed here and they came back not only clean but super soft! I've gone to other groomers but Steph really gets the job done. I've been there while she was shaving down a dog filled with fleas and by the time I came back, I couldn't even recognize the dog. As I walked over to my dogs, she/he was wagging his/her tail through the cage so you know she was happy, and being treated well! I walked over to my dogs and heard her whispering to them and telling them not to worry and that they were gonna be so clean and beautiful and that "mommy" would be back for them soon.
