Smooth process from start to finish. It took an hour for a medium-size car to get waxed. Satisfied with the quick waxed service. Staff were nice and courteous. The bathroom was clean. They had a covered waiting area with 10 chairs. Been coming here for my car and my wife's car if we need a wax or quick wash. Last two (2) car washes, after checking; had to send our car for a second wash since there were spots that weren't cleaned. Recommended if you're looking for a reliable car wash spot. I watched the employees there dance around my vehicle as though we're invisible while giving attention to others that came out after mine. At some point I needed to freaking go and ask for the manager and got a full refund and a free car wash of equal value for a return visit . Would ask the question would I return to this business I just gave you some of the good and bad that they screwed up but they fixed it. Every time I go to this place, I noticed that they do not vacuum, but where your gearshift is even when you pointed out to them ahead of time, which is why I don't like to tip. Especially on weekends as it gets pretty busy! The basic car wash is only $16 (pretty reasonable). They offer monthly memberships starting at $22.99 for the basic clean. $29.99 for the super shine. And $35.99 for the super protect. This new location offers free vacuums, compressed air for your tires and clean wet towels to dry off your vehicles (at no additional cost). Believe it or not, that makes a huge difference and is super convenient for customers. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful.
