One of the workers with an older Toyota RAV4 backed into my BMW while I was at work. I work behind the car wash station at Asmars Auto Care so we park in the same area. Anyways, I went up to the car wash to see who hit it and nobody wanted to talk to me they all tried to ignore me. Finally some guy came out and he was the one who owns the RAV4 and he was at first saying he didn't do it, then talking more he started admitting that he might've done it and when I showed him the damage on my front bumper he ignored it and just raised his shoulders, taking no responsibility at all. A bit disappointed after reading rave reviews. When you pull in the guys are super nice then it's down hill. The guys working the drying area are not friendly not so they do a thorough job. After paying $24.99 + tax the inside was never wiped down and they dry the car but down wipe down spots of dirt or bird poop that wasn't blown off in the car wash machine so you have to be on top of them. In addition once you are they "don't speak English" and get an attitude. Have called a few times prior to reviewing but have not been able to speak to anyone thus far. Also never did receive the frequency card where you should earn $10 off but heard about it from others. They get pretty packed on weekends, so it's best to come first thing in the morning. This car wash is right on the corner, by a stop light, so if the line gets long, the cars go into the street and can hold up traffic. They get the cars in and out fairly quickly. These men do a great job! There are different options you can choose...from basic car wash to the $40 detailing. These are great prices for what's included in each package. My car was the ONLY one there that they were working on -- and they were "still working on it." Meaning, you left, we bumped your car to the end kind of situation. Again, no phone call. The guys working on the car said it would be ANOTHER hour, hour and a half. The manager, Mr. Sako, was very unhelpful. Said there was nothing he could do. Kept saying "sorry." So what could I do? I came back an hour later and my car was done. Or should I say, FIVE HOURS LATER. The only reason I give them two stars is that the guys who worked on my car did an AWESOME job. Spotless. I have been going to this carwash for a few years. I have been so impressed by their work until recently. I always get their $39.99 carwash and have been blown away by their attention to detail and the time they take on my car. The last two times I have gone have been disappointing. My seats do not look vacuumed, there are spots all over the exterior, interior areas that were completely missed and streaks on my windows. I really hope things change so that they can continue to offer great service. For now, I would not suggest the $39.99 package. The work is not worth the price. Also, as a note, they were not busy when I went either time. They are typically very busy and I would understand a bit more of a rush. For $25.99 You get a basic hand wash that you can do by yourself at home with a hose, some soap, and a towel. You would do a better job. The vacuuming is not thorough because they will not get in the crevices, they will not do the complete carpet. The manager said that the car needed to get detailed because the vacuum will not pick up the dirt however I got the vacuum and showed him in 2 seconds that it did pick up the dirt. I did not get a refund. I do not recommend this place. If you do decide to try it out bring some MOSQUITO REPELLENT because you will get bite up. read more

My first time i paid for the Full service for 11.99 which I loved how my car came out , basic clean. The place of business doesn't seem to know what a ringing phone sounds like because they do not answer theirs.
